“Easy ordering process. Great quality. For a customized purchase it came very quickly. Love the design and came just as advertised. I was worried as a lot of online purchases do not come looking like they do on the website but this one exceeded. Made a great gift to my wife and we are excited to add more pins to our future travels! FYI- purchase the bigger sizes. You will be thankful you did!”

“Package came damaged glass is scratched and the photo that’s supposed to be of my daughter’s dog is just a black circle. You can’t even tell that it’s a dog in the photo it has no eyes, no nose, and no mouth. The photo that I sent was very clear I’m completely disappointed and I want a refund! I would not recommend this this company at all.”

“It took so long to get my picture I am in no rush to order another picture. I felt like my order wasn’t even important enough to talk to a real person, instead I got an AI to help me when I was looking for my package.”

“If I could give zero stars, I would. The picture arrived after Christmas. There was never a working tracking number. I sent several emails to the company and tried to call. I only received AI answers. Now I have to get answers on how to return it. The Communication was so bad that I actually thought I was scammed.”

“This Christmas print is absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured. The quality is excellent, and the colors and details are even lovelier in person. It will perfectly accentuate our Christmas Caroler tree and ties in beautifully with the overall theme.
