“I got a message that it was delivered. But it was not delivered to us. We were told to check with all the neighbors and the mail Postal Service in the mailbox. None of the neighbors have it on both streets around us. We did not receive it sadly.”

“I received a tracking number but had no idea who it was shipped through so the tracking number was of no use even though I put it through USPS, DHL and UPS. I had no idea when it would arrive but thankfully came Christmas Eve.”

“They guaranteed delivery by Christmas which was great! I had told the family our family gift was here and when they opened it, it was several pieces of strangers. These are not our family photos. I’ve emailed with no reply. What a huge disappointment. If shipping photos is their profession then they failed terribly because making sure the correct photos are shipped is an incredibly important part of quality control. Now I am left with no gift for my family and who knows if or how they will make this mistake right. Talk about a Christmas morning bummer.”

“Ordered 4 pictures from Elephant stock. Very happy with this company. They had a good variety sizes. The site was easy to order from. After ordering, Elephant Stock kept us up to date on our order via e mail. When pictures arrived, they were packed perfectly so no damage was incurred during delivery. The frames were beautiful as were the prints. Exactly like it showed on the website.”
