“Awesome selection of fine artwork. Your home is a tapestry of your life. Why not decorated as such. Awesome service as well. Will highly recommend and discuss enthusiastically with colleagues.”

“I really like the image but very surprised it wasn’t damaged! The box was not sturdy. It was filthy and old and the tape on the box wasn’t sticking to the cardboard. The paper on the back of the frame had moved so I tried to fix that.”

“I am very happy with the service. When things didn’t go perfectly due to UPS they fixed it. The product is spectacular! It looks like a real painting on canvas. I would use them again and recommend them to my friends.”

“Large canvas print is not sharp. Low resolution file was used and print ended up being blurry.”

“Beautiful vibrant colors that brings life to a white wall. Canvas is so light that it's easy to hang with just using thumbtacks.”

“Although the pictures were too large and I had to return them, they were beautiful and I re-ordered them in a smaller size. Elephant stock was amazing and refunded my original purchase and provided return shipping as well! I highly recommend this company!”

“I actually ordered three canvas wall art items from ElephantStock. They arrived perfectly. The quality of the canvas is really nice. And the colors of the prints are so vibrant. Very happy. Shipping time was reasonable. Well done product!”

“The canvas print I ordered is great! Workmanship is excellent. Delivery took a bit longer than I expected, but that's on me because they make each print when ordered so it's bound to take longer.”

“Horrible quality. Per pics below there are little metal tabs that are supposed hold the print in place - on the outside of the print!! Additionally, the paper on the back side is coming off - see pic for that too. Started the return process yesterday. But haven’t received a response from you yet. Thank you Leslie Seidler”

“Shipping is horrible. It didn’t start “moving” until over a week after I ordered it and after I complained about their ineptness. Nobody EVER responded, they totally ghosted me. I found something nicer anyway at Hobby lobby. Won’t be ordering from them EVER again.”

Hi Angie, We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and for the frustration caused by the delay and lack of timely communication. We understand how disappointing it is when an order doesn’t move as expected or when updates feel unclear. While shipping timelines can occasionally be affected by our delivery partners, we fully recognize that this does not reflect the level of service you should expect from us. We also sincerely regret that you felt ignored—this is not the experience we aim to provide. We appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us identify where we need to improve both in communication and in ensuring a smoother customer experience from start to finish. As a gesture of goodwill, we’d like to offer you a 20% discount on a future order should you ever decide to give us another chance.
