“I'm very upset with this site. I was send a unit that had to be a return due it was short on one side look like it was cut and the color was not what I ordered. When i communicated with an agent after several messages I was given $5 for a unit that in the end had to throw away.”

“I'd like to give this company 5 stars, I've no problem with the service or products I recieve but I just don't understand why they keep lying about the shipping service for their orders. Their website says that the products are shipped via courier and I received a link for DHL tracking in the email notification of shipment but sure enough, just like my last order, the items had not been shipped via DHL or any other courier. Their orders are handle by a shipping/fulfillment company called Global-e and this company just mails the package via the postal service(USPS). I don't see what the big deal is. Why can't they just be truthful about this? I'm not complaining about the shipping or anything especially since it's free, I just don't understand why they are being deceptive about it.”
“It's been 1 month since I received the product, when I made the purchase in the cart it said it was 20 working days and 30 have already passed!
