“These clothes are better cut and quality than other brands. I got mine on sale as the full price is out of my budget. I wish the shift dress I bought was more loose around the hips as it's a bit tight but I guess I just need a bigger size. The problem I have is that I am a 14-16 for tops and a 16-18 for skirts. So it's hard to find dresses that fit really well. I ordered a white shirt and it fits really well but it arrived creased everywhere , does not look new and I will keep it but have to iron it for an interview. You should provide wide fit shoes as well as I would have purchased a pair to go with my outfit. Overall , for the money spend , it was good value and worn well , the clothes look expensive.”

“Good variety of clothes, except there were no jeans! Delivery was prompt also. Not sure about the size as I am a regular 20 and had to return items to go a size up. Will shop again”

“jacket value for money. returned skirt as too short. Being tall and over 70 I need to cover my knees. Another 5cm length would have been perfect.”

“Clothes are a bit expensive, not a lot of linen & cotton and the man made fibres make you perspire more than the natural fabrics. Sizing is good and I have never had to send anything back due to size (or any other reason come to think of it). Good styles, could do with offering some footwear but its understandable why not. Cant afford the first prices have to wait for the sales. Bot over all its a great site.”

“Bought two items on a long waist coat very nice and uptodate it fits well. Unfortunately the other item a wrapover effect blouse with heart design was a disappointment The wrap its self was a bit generous and would probably need to be secured which I might have been prepared to do but the sleeves from shoulder to elbow were too tight and appeared not to have been sized up for the garment to fit properly. Disappointed because this is not how I remember Elvi on the high Street. I will try to send this back on the free service.”

“I found the service easy to use and swift. The items that I bought varied, I am delighted with two of them but one of the others is a bit small and the last one was not the quality expected from Elvi. I have given it my daughter to wear for work.”

“I have worn Elvi trousers for many years and was so pleased to find them on line. The service was good but I was so disappointed in the stone jeans. Not aware they were "skinny" !!!! The length from waist to crotch was so short it was impossible to even pull them up! I thought I had really found something but could not have been more disappointed and for a size 20 unbelievable. My other trousers though a few years old. ( since the shops closed ) are 18 with plenty of room at the back . What has happened ? Regards. Iris Priestley ( Mrs Age 82 very active and still working!”

“Goods came promptly and were of good quality. And I managed to order the correct size. The web site was not totally responsive and when ordering into the basket there is no confirmation, so I clicked twice, ordering 2 of the same garment. I did not find an edit facility so cancelled and started again. All frustrating. However, I am glad I persevered.”

“I have shopped with Elvi for years and have noticed that the collections are far more trend led in recent times which is great. You recognize that curvy ladies want modern and fashionable designs just as skinny minnies do!! However, I do have one grouch.......sizing!! All the clothing I have bought seem to be a size smaller than what it states on the label, so am left frustrated when they arrive but don't fit. Can you please go back to your sizing guidelines from the early days, and also offer sizes above a 26? Do that and Elvi will truly be offering a great product which makes it stand out from the crowd.”

“Service was extremely efficient, item arrived within 2-3 days, however although I like it, the garment was absolutely nothing like I expected. For some reason I expected it to be in a stretch jersey and didn't expect it to be backless! However, I have a matching pale blue vest so it is absolutely fine! Fit and quality excellent!”
