“Very straightforward website with easy to follow instructions, very quick & efficient. the only difficulty I had was trying to find out how to apply the discount as it was not clear that I had to actually set up an account as well as register before I could use the discount code.”

“I ordered the skinny denim jeans, which I am very pleased with. They are very comfortable due to the strechy material and look good. I was a little disapointed that the fit on the body was a little short, but the addition of a belt helped with this.”

“Elvi products are always excellent, including this one. The reason I have down graded to "Good" is because of the added V.A.T! and that was AFTER the dispatch costs have been added. I have NEVER met this in retail shopping in all my life, and that is considerable.”

Thank You for your feedback. We would like to inform you, extra charges on your invoice has not been made for VAT. Please see the invoice shows a break down of how VAT is added on each product. Please note the grand total will be including VAT which would be your original payment. Hope this helps.

“Excellent service - delivery was speedy and products great quality - the only reason for not giving 5 stars was just the items I ordered did not fit my shape well so I had to return which is the trouble with buying clothes online as you cannot always get a perfect fit first time (returns was also quick and easy) I would order again - loved the products just need to work out which ones would suit me best Thanks”

“I put an order in, but it wouldn't let me put in the 20% off code. Afterwards realised that the 20% was only for certain clothes, which I hadn't bought. I did have to return 2 items, but that was no problem as we had a local 'collect' store nearby. It didn't cost anything either.”

“I have been shopping with Elvi for number of year now, going back to when you had a store in Darlington, which I do still miss. Elvi style and design has changed over the years and there is not as much in your range that appeals to me as in previous years, however there are a few select items. In my last shop, the items are easy to find on line well described and the whole process was quick and simple. Goods have now arrived which were all as described and of good quality. One top will be returned as the colour is a little stronger than I had imagined. Will continue to shop at Elvi”

“Skirt - purchased - brilliant. Blouse (half price) - disappointed, seam not stitched properly, neck facing needs attention to lie flat. Both of these I can fix but not the standard I expect. Maybe that's why it was reduced! Would hate to think I would get this quality at full price.”

“Very quick getting orders to me. I would like the quality of the clothes offered to match the standard of their online service. The range offered nowadays is very hit and miss. The styles used to be really lovely but very rarely do I find anything that comes up to the standard of the clothes they produced very reliably in their early days. The occasional find proves they can still do it.”
