“Easy to order via the website, came within a few days, very pleased with my kimono although had to send one item back. Not anything wrong with it, just didn't suit me!”

“I was very disappointed in how I received my goods. None on the items arrive on hangers. Everything was creased including my new coat! I had a mark down it and had to take it to the cleaners. Which has cost me £13.50. This was my first experience of using Elvi online and I am not sure I will be returning!!”

Thank you for your feedback. Please note that items do not arrive on hangers as during transit, one may snap and damage the garment. “Really loved the clothes I ordered! Really good quality and fast delivery! Will be ordering again soon! Finally found clothes that fit nicely and suit my shape! I am a size 16 but even high street don't know how to make clothes for women who have shape in their body! Thanks ELVI!”

“Ordered jacket but when it came it was just a glorified fleece and not lined. Also it seemed to be small fitting for the size I ordered. Couldn't get my arms in the sleeves they were so narrow. Very disappointing. Have just returned it today. Annoyed about losing the delivery charge!!!”

“Unfortunately I need to sent the Jacket back as although I loved it, it was not the right shape for me. I also had a problem with the website as there was an offer of an extra 10% discount but nowhere to apply the discount code. However, as it only amounted to, basically, the postage then I was not too worried.”

“I was disappointed that my promised 20% off first order dd not apply to the Prima brand, and I'm therefore not convinced the 20% discount for writing this review will be applicable either ! That seems rather unfair. Having said that, the clothes themselves are excellent, and the lace skirt & top I recently bought were just lovely. Because of the weight of the lace, they hang well, and they generally have an expensive look to them. Registering, ordering and paying were all easy.”

“I love these coatigans and now own 3 in different colous. As they are a thick knit ,you do not need an overcoat as they are warm and cosy.”

“Very polite stuff and immediate response to my questions. Very good fit for the Black Lace Dress (size 22 , which is my normal size). The Maroon Gilet (size 22) a little big but due to the design still looks good.”
