“Although I had to send the order back - I had ordered three items to complete an outfit - I was pleased to see a premium range where the items were of good quality material and well made - ie jacket lined, etc. Unfortunately the items didn't suit me, as I felt they were too young for me. Would certainly order again from the Prima range.”

“I am delighted with my order which arrived very very promptly, especially considering the time of year. The fit and quality are wonderful. It has been a little while since I have shopped with Elvi but I am so happy with my purchases, I will be shopping again in the future.”

“The pictures is not showing the real images of the clothes. The pants I bought was not as I expected. On the picture they have narrow legs but when they arrived, they had wide legs. Much to wide. I can not use them at all.”

“Delivery was reasonable but not as fast as some companies. The delivery is signed for and we were out when the parcel arrived so had to wait until the next working day (a Monday) to collect it from the local Post Office. Quality is good and the returns process easy to use (Collect +)”

Please ensure this feedback about sizing is written on the returns form to help us improve our products.To easily reorder the same item in a different size, simply request an exchange rather than a refund. “I love my new camel coat, I have been wanting this stylish coat for years. Elvi not only had it, but also in a nice size as well. My daughter said, mum You look so sixties house wife you should jusy wear some pearls to finish the look. Lol”

“The rose dress looks amazing on and for someone who doesn't think a dress looks that great on this one will change all that. I've had many compliments wearing it - goes well with boots or high heels. Material is decent thickness, tie at back means you can highlight your waist and a gentle A line skirt it flatters well. I can be a size 12-14 in dresses and the size 14 fits me nicely. I'll buy more dresses from Elvi! Thanks”
