“Hi, I still haven't actually received my purchase from Elvi. DHL (the delivery company you have used in Australia to deliver the goods to me) was not given all the address information I put in the order I processed on your website and therefore they have delivered it to another unknown address where I am not located and someone else has signed for. This is an error from your side by not giving the correct address to DHL for delivery. thanks. Laura - 0403 403 222”

“The jacket was lovely and at a brilliant discount but it arrived on the morning of the funeral I intended to wear it to and was badly damaged, seemingly because the hanger had been broken. Easy to return”

“Liebes Elvi Team, vielen Dank für Plus Size "Mode", die diesen Namen wirklich verdient hat. Ich bin sehr glücklich das ihr auch nach Deutschland liefert. Das hat sehr schnell und problemlos geklappt. Zukünftig werden sicher noch viel mehr Teile aus der Elvi Collection den Weg in meinen Kleiderschrank finden.”

“I have received my coat in a plastic bag and the coat is completely creased. The creases are so deep that I don't even think they'll go away when ironing. It's been 4 days now since I have contacted customer service and still no reply... I was told on Facebook that it could take up to 5 days to get a answer....”

“Purchased two picks from the sale - it was shipped very quick to germany and since the items arrived, I fell in love with them, wearing the bikerjacket now nearly every day and the broomstickskirt (just wow!) also quite often - because it's fashionable and of good quality. Elvi is great!”

“Good quality products beautifully packed and with free return makes shopping easy but I think cut favours young people.. I am 80 years of age and the body alters. I find the sleeves /armholes too tight and this affects the overall fit. I do not have this problem with other companies and it is a bit of a nuisance having to order two sizes to get a fit I can never understand why there is so much difference and no standardisation amongst manufacturers. Positive review re quality negative review re fit”

“The garments are good, well made. My criticism is the packing. Do you have to put it in a box, broken by the way, which must add to the cost of both the postage and therefore the overall cost of the garments. Please keep the cost down.”
