“The zipped shoulder cardigan is very stylish and good quality, I have received many positive comments. I also bought a quality necklace - gold/coral tassel necklace which has also received many nice comments. Service from Elvi was excellent and I will continue to shop via their website, an excellent on line service.”

“Excellent choice , easy to navigate the site. The ordering process was simple to use. Regular updates on stock coming in, ( as waited for dress to become available). Then updated on the delivery . The dress was in a box, well wrapped, secure. All details for return , if needed. The dress is lovely , good fit, beautiful material. As seen on line. A very good experience, and great outcome.”

“I ordered a dress and it arrived, beautifully wrapped about 3 days later - however it was too big, I phoned to enquire exactly what to do as although there was a return label enclosed there was not anything to complete as to the reason why and/or if I wanted another one. I phoned and was told what to do - I returned the dress to the collection point on Friday so will be interested as to exactly when I receive the dress.”

“I have bought Elvi clothes since they fist started up in our local shop, before they were online. I have, until the last few months always been able to get nice quality clothes to suit my age and build. At present there is nothing on your web site that I would dream of buying I am 5ft 1in and a size 22 how would I look in the trousers you have today.Also I need skirts and dresses cut on the flair. I am very upset about Elvi change of style.”

As you have noticed, we have recently changed our direction in order to appeal to a margin of the plus size industry that is often neglected. “I was so excited about these pants! I've been looking for a pair with this cut, style and fabric for a long time. But I think the crotch was cut by someone who has never made clothes before! The waist fit around my body with no issue - but the crotch was WAY too short, and the waistline barely clears the top of my panties in the front. To make matters worse, I'm in the US, so returning them seems to be nearly impossible!! So sad! Your clothes are beautiful - I'm just not sure I'd try anything else based on these glaring fit issues.”

“I have dealt with this company for about 5 years. Until this latest shipment I was very happy with the products I received. However this latest shipment was abominable. The sewing was appalling with the tension on the hems not correct so there were loops of cotton everywhere. There must have been no quality control at all, it was very disappointing. I am in Australia and return postage from here is very expensive so I did not return it. The other item was also very badly cut and mismatched when sewn. The materials were also not of the quality I have come to expect from this label. I will not be shopping again with this company which saddens me as I relied on them for all my clothes purchases. “I ordered the red collarless jacket but am returning it as it was a poor fit and for the money I think it should perhaps have been lined. Ordering was easy and hope the return will be as good although I do have to drive four miles to the nearest collect+. Having said all this I have bought from Elvi shops many times over the years and been pleased with my purchases but this is the first time of ordering online.”
