“Stunning addition to my winter wardrobe ....perfect with so many different outfits. Just one thing to note it is generously sized so if you are between sizes you could probably go with the smaller one. What's not to love? X”

“Delivery was prompt and efficient. The standard of manufacture and fabrics has declined dramatically over the years to the point where I wonder whether it's worth placing an order. There's also been a huge change from 'classic' clothing ranges in an attempt to appeal to a younger age group. That has to mean the loss of previous customers. My spending at Elvi has reduced from £100s each year to an occasional purchase, often returned. Earlier this year, I bought 2 x V neck jumpers in size 3, ordered by phone. I opened one, it was fine, so I assumed that the other would be too. When I came to open that a couple of weeks ago, I found that I'd been sent size 1 in place of size 3. Too late to send it back. The moral of the story: don't trust the company to send out what was ordered, always check!”

“Not very impressed with Elvi so far. Still haven't received my delivery as the courier you use requires me to be in with a signature even though as a teacher I'm at work.”

Thank you for your review. The delivery service we use is signed for to protect us and our customers in case a package is lost, damaged or stolen during the delivery process. It allows us to trace and track the package, and to determine whether the order has reached its intended destination or not. We appreciate that this can have an impact on delivery time for customers who are not available to sign for the parcel but think that protecting our customers takes precedent. “I have recently ordered a jacket which I had to return because it was too big. I was able to return and exchange it for a lower size and have been very pleased with your system. I had my replacement garment within seven or eight days. Thank you for an excellent service which I will recommend to my friends.”

“I ordered a dress Thursday and received it the following Saturday in Denmark. The colour was more beautiful in real life than on screen and the dress fits like it was made for me. In short: quick deliverey and I am a very happy customer! I will definitely return for another purchase.”

“Selecting and ordering online very easy. Helpline staff extremely courteous and good at their job. I had to exchange something - it was very easy to do, and exchanged item arrived with me before the one I was returning arrived at Elvi. I was trusted and no quibbles at all. I highly recommend this Company.”

“The jacket I ordered was very strange. I ordered a 26, which was huge, I then ordered a 24 which was still huge. The whole shape and fit was wrong”

“Although my order was delivered with 5 working day period, my shipment contained an item that was incorrect in size, therefore having inconvenience of returning it. Apart from that it didn't have the relevant returns docket. However I ordered 2 items and my first was just what I thought it would be and more ???? for getting that part right.”

“I used to buy a lot of clothes, initially from my local Newton Mearns shop, and latterly on line. I have been SO disappointed with the styles, sizes and quality for about 3 years now. I used to buy beautiful head-turning evening wear and suits for work. I'm so disappointed that now I very rarely find anything decent to buy from Elvi.”

“Good quality fabric and it could be a lovely coat...on someone else. Looks like a dressing gown on me! Think it is because it isn't lined so it doesn't have a prompt structure. Not the look I was going for, so having to return it.”
