“Having previously worked for Elvi I know what quality clothing they make but unfortunately I had to send my most recent order back due to the sizes being too large for me on this occasion, but very good quality clothing and able to return goods through collect+ which is a bonus!”

“did not like the fit, style or colour. black stripe was much narrower than I expected from the picture and the material looked too shiny, will be returning this item. service and delivery was excellent”

“Love it, but hem was not even, could not get a replacement so have accepted a money off my next purchase . Top is really great, I am only 5" tall so one of the few items from elvi that I can wear as it is a little shorter .”

“My experience with my last order has been disastrous! I ordered three items after exhaustive searches onsite, paid by credit card and logged off. A week later I logged into the order confirmation to see why the items had not been delivered to find a message saying 'payment failed'. It would have been helpful if Elvi had told me by email that this had happened. When I enquired I was informed to raise the order again and ensure the payment went through. These items were 'on sale' and are, most likely, no longer available. I feel this lapse in communication by Elvi should be amended as soon as possible.”

“Ordered 2 items. Unfortunately 1 was marked which I could see through the polythene. Contacted Customer Services who responded very promptly and arranged a replacement item. In addition, I have always been very impressed with the quality of Elvi clothes. I miss not seeing their shops as I used to, but I can still be confident when buying on-line.”

“This jacket is very good quality and value for money and very nice. Unfortunately for me, my size (20) is too big for this style of jacket (waterfall), something I didn't take into account when ordering it. I will probably order again from Elvi, but the return form is not easy to navigate, boxes which I have to fill in and should really should be pre-printed as they do know already the answers to, but on the other hand I can drop the return parcel into my local garage for free return. yes, I would recommend this for someone taking a smaller size.”

“May be just the dress that I was sent, but the sequinned material did not line up on the back seam (ie. where the sequins fade from gold to green were not in the same place). Otherwise it was a nice dress, a lovely aqua marine colour, but think the sleeves were a little large and not in proportion to the dress.”

“Great site, fast and efficient. Clothes fit perfectly, but leg width and arm width is a bit to be desired, the jacket sleeves were triple the size of my wrists lol”
