I am SO broken.
They convinced me to upgrade to their "managed divorce" package after initially paying £67. So I paid an extra £330 for this "premium service" where they supposedly take the reigns. They are nothing but call centre people. They Google free gov forms which anyone can do free of charge. They got me to do all the running around. Ever time I submitted my divorce papers there were problems (even though I had them double check my forms first). When I phoned the court myself they were very dubious about the company I was using and asked why I was phoning if they were supposedly "managing my divorce." I have got NO WHERE with my divorce.
They told me the upgraded package was for lifetime - with no end date. When I phoned today they told me they no longer offer this service and I am only entitled to the £67 service. But all they offer is telephone chit chat, take your details (which I have read elsewhere they are passing on to third parties), and email you free forms which you can download yourself from the gov website.
It's a total scam. They need to be shut down.”
“This has been the worst experience of my life. I contacted Quickie Divorce in summer 2023 to get all the information I needed. I managed to raise the funds by September 2023 and proceeded. I was encouraged to pay for the best package and passed to Endeavour Law to complete my divorce. Upon my initial consultation I repeatedly asked if there would be any additional fees on top of the £699 I paid. I was reassured there would not be, there was a potential court fee but I was advised because I was a single mother on low income it wouldn’t be applicable. I went ahead and within an hour I was emailed my draft divorce. My divorce should have been very simple, no assets, no savings, a childcare arrangement in place. No complications.
Upon applying for the code to have the court fees paid, I was rejected. Upon going back to endeavour law to question this they were very unhelpful, they didn’t care. When I raised a complaint as I felt completely mislead they dismissed this arguing it was too late for me to get a refund as I had wavered my rights and they had completed too much work on my account! My only choice was to appeal. This was 4 months ago and I am no further. I have had to battle for updates, there has been little to no communication. My divorce has not even started yet.
I am a single mother, working as much as I can. I sold my vehicle and downgraded to pay the initial £699, I don’t have the disposable funds to pay for the court fees. I have explained this and they have given me no options but to hold my money until I can afford it.
Going through a divorce is stressful enough but the way my case has been handled has been diabolical.
I am left in limbo, not knowing what is going on and £699 down.
I am at an absolute loss with what to do here and I don’t want anyone else having the same awful experience I am having”
“Absolutely appalling service by this company. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT pay for the upgraded service. I have had to chase the lawyers at every single stage of the process so far to push my proceedings on in as timely a manner as possible, and had to call them out on stupid clerical errors like entering the wrong postcode on my application, which is now 3 weeks in the process of being redrafted to make right and still hasn't been done!
I am absolutely disgusted at their cavalier attitude about it being in a queue for 3 weeks. 3 weeks!!! For a simple postcode correction that shouldn't have happened in the first place? Though i have started time and time again the importance of pushing this through as fast as possible??? Even though I was assured that everything would be done to ensure that on both sides, theirs and mine, no delays would occur????
And when I've asked to make a complaint, they prevent you from doing so by advising you that if you decide to log a complaint they will halt your case up to a month as they investigate. The whole reason I'm complaining is because they are taking so long to process my proceedings which I was assured would take 6 to 7 months to complete if I opted for the upgraded solicitor managed package.”

Not only they are not the cheapest ones but they are the worst ones on the market.They charge me for the quote £350, and after that they say we can't get this done for you you need to pay extra £3-4000,as I declined to go any further they have not issued a refund, and sll they have done is nothing but few emails back and forth. BE VIGILANT they are SCAMERS”

“I hired these solicitors in April 2019 to represent me and handle my divorce. Sent them the divorce petition I got from the courts as it needed to be replied to so the divorce process would start.
October 2019 got a letter from the courts saying the petition had not been replied to.
All the months I had these solicitors and £800 down the line the only work they did was to send my ex's solicitors 2 letters and replied to 3 of my emails, "work" that made no difference in the divorce process.
After a few months I decided to stop working with them because I noticed that nothing was being done. They sent me the "paperwork" from my file and to my surprise it was just their T&Cs copied 3 times, my emails printed 3 times, their emails printed 3 times, the 2 letters they sent printed 3 times, and 1 copy of the divorce petition, that was it!
Every time I contacted them to see what was happening (these are the emails they refer to) they said they tried to email me 2 months earlier, but I never replied. Every time I called the office to speak to someone no one was available to talk, and that someone would call me back.
I made a complaint which they took more than a month to reply to as I wanted a full refund of the £800 I paid them for doing nothing basically. They came saying they won't give me a single penny back because to them they did an amazing work. I am now reporting them to the Legal Ombustment.”
“Please beware of this law company they get you to pay £250 then after you paid it tell you theres extra money to pay instead of telling you the whole cost from the start read other reviews carefully before committing it will end up into thousands before you know it scammers”
