"Purchase a few Binance keys. All worked fine but when I complained about one of them not working and requesting to be replaced after several attempts to activate it and providing numerous proof of a faulty digital key, Enable not only showed complet incompetence in dealing with costumers as they run me around in circles via emails as none of their staff knows how to read up previously conversation within an open created ticket but they keep repeat same rubbish to me and not resolving the issue or offering a refund as clearly stated on their app as if a digital key is faulty I'm entitled to a refund. Completely incompetent and theirs. Don't trust them!!! \r\nIn UK we have laws which entitles costumer to full refund and as the purchase was done from UK regardless is digital same law applies. Eneba breaks the law!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!"
