“Bought a few keys with ENEBA and none of them was working. They were marked as duplicated keys on Steam so they were not usable in any way. When contacting the ENEBA's support about this matter, they were very pleasant but did not fix anything. It certainly feels like I have been scammed. My piece of advice: run away from them.”

“It’s an awesome website. Never got scammed. Eneba can be a sketchy website just make sure before you purchase something off of eneba Check the sellers reviews if the reviews are low just don’t buy it. It’s not the company that’s sketchy it’s the users JUST make sure they have 5 stars and have good reviews”

“Scammed... Purchased a £50 Nintendo switch gift card and when it was received and inputted into my device I was told "this code has already been used" I let Eneba correct the issue and supplied all evidence they required... but nothing got done. Thank god I paid using PayPal where I now have opened a dispute against them! Would not recommend”

“I purchased game code on Friday the 7th. Code didn't work (origin said it is already redeemed). I contacted Eneba straight away (through "contact us" form as there's no number to call) and asked to provide new code or issue the refund. I received automated response day after to provide screenshots etc. which I replied to them straight away on Saturday. It is Wednesday now and there is no response at all from them, despite me being sending 3 reminding emails (yes I did checked my spam boxes etc.). They just don't bother to help. Not recommended at all. I have now contacted my bank to get full refund via chargeback claim.”

“I have bought Sony PlayStation Network Card - 400 SEK from Eneba but the Key they have provided is not valid. I have contacted their customer support and after asking me to send 4 screenshots from different sections of my PSN account, they told me that they have to check this with their suppliers and since it’s up to the suppliers (External process) to investigate the case, they don’t know how long will it take to get this fixed. Looks like at Eneba, they don’t care at all about their customer. I have paid the money and the money is apparently gone and nobody is responsible for this. This is a scam in my point of view! So, I strongly suggest that you don’t risk buying from Eneba! I will update this comment if the problem gets resolved.”

“I purchased 6 digital cards (6 month) for Xbox live. Only need to use one and was saving the other 5 digital codes for using once each 6 months were up. Here ENEBA double sold my digital codes because they weren't used!! Terrible Business. I gave them proof on my Microsoft live account used codes. Said they aren't going to give me new codes!!! DON'T BUY FROM THESE CHEATERS!! ENEBA sent me a reply wanting to know what happened and it was the same B.S. answer they gave me in ticket review. Basically saying that since I opened each code but didn't use them so they resold my codes for someone else to use! I spent $100.00 in codes and can't use any of them. DON'T BUY FROM THIS SCAMMER SITE!! EMEBA gave me a reply saying that since I open each code to write down to be used at a later time they were used. I asked EMEBA WHAT PROOF DO THEY HAVE THAT THEY WERE USED! I WANT WHAT DEVICE, LOCATION AND TIME THEY WERE USED. NO REPLY. ENEBA IS TOTAL SCAMMER SITE. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!! I gave them screen shots of my microsoft account showing the codes were never used and they still said they were! WHERE IS ENEBA'S PROOF? NONE! BIGGEST GAMER SCAM SITE I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS!! DON'T BUY!!”

“Had bought 2 games before and had no issue - bought a deluxe game and only got the base game. Support has done nothing since key was "already redeemed" so doing a Paypal charge back to handle them now. Wouldn't recommend in the future.”

“Worst website ever, I purchased a product, there was a bug during the payment, and after an hour or something, I got automatical refund e-mail (which I hope is true and they will give my money back, I would prefer the product, though). Not trustworthy at all.”

“I bought a $100 eshop gift card from their site from one of their sellers on December 18th. When I went to activate it for my brother on December 24th for his Christmas present, it was already activated. I tried to resolve this issue and 2 weeks later they sent me an email essentially stating that it wasn't activated when it was sent out and that they sided with the seller. Thank God for PayPal and their protection because I already got refunded from them and if I hadn't used them I for sure would not have the eshop card or the refund, I'd just be out $$. Luckily, Gamestop has digital delivery and Christmas was saved, more of the story, stay away from this sketchy site and save yourself the trouble by going with one of the official distributors. Nothing but scammers and skells here.”

“well, we ordered a product which we received a code to activate. Lo and behold, the code did not work. When we contacted Eneba, it was sorry, but the seller states it has been activated, We lost $292. Do not trust this site.”

“Duplicate keys are sold via this platform and if you report it nothing will be done. Eneba sides with the fraudulent sellers and ignores all of your provided proof. Your money is obviously also gone.”

“I bought a Turkish Google Play prepaid card, and when I tried to use the code I got the "code already used" error message. Obviously I didn't redeem the card before, and I asked the seller to get a new card. As requested I sent all the screenshots they asked for, but after a couple of days, they said that my card wasn't used when they sent the code to me, so they refused to refund me or give me another card.”

“Store lists a Base Game + DLC bundle steam key, then when you actually purchase it you only get the base game and have to fight your way with their support for a refund. First purchase on their website and probably the last.”

“Very very bad website Bought €50 itunes gift cards several times. One time a code was used. And just now with another purchase, i got this from eneba:' code could not be delivered automaticly, please submit a ticket '. This is smelly to me, i'm buying my codes elsewhere.”

“24 March 2022 and im also another one sold used keys by these scammers.Eneba should be taken offline. Passed around their customer services who are trained to reply the same nonsense, useless info to help. I rate this company Number 1 as the WORST in all 20 years ive shopped online. Just pay a bit extra as you think you save money buying cheap from Eneba when all theyve done is take your money and sold you something which does not work. Google Eneba and youll see about how bad they are.”
