“Had bought 2 games before and had no issue - bought a deluxe game and only got the base game. Support has done nothing since key was "already redeemed" so doing a Paypal charge back to handle them now. Wouldn't recommend in the future.”

When I went to activate it for my brother on December 24th for his Christmas present, it was already activated. I tried to resolve this issue and 2 weeks later they sent me an email essentially stating that it wasn't activated when it was sent out and that they sided with the seller. Thank God for PayPal and their protection because I already got refunded from them and if I hadn't used them I for sure would not have the eshop card or the refund, I'd just be out $$. Luckily, Gamestop has digital delivery and Christmas was saved, more of the story, stay away from this sketchy site and save yourself the trouble by going with one of the official distributors. Nothing but scammers and skells here.”

“I bought a Turkish Google Play prepaid card, and when I tried to use the code I got the "code already used" error message. Obviously I didn't redeem the card before, and I asked the seller to get a new card. As requested I sent all the screenshots they asked for, but after a couple of days, they said that my card wasn't used when they sent the code to me, so they refused to refund me or give me another card.”

Purchased a £50 Nintendo switch gift card and when it was received and inputted into my device I was told "this code has already been used"
I let Eneba correct the issue and supplied all evidence they required... but nothing got done. Thank god I paid using PayPal where I now have opened a dispute against them!
