“Stay away. I bought an Amazon gift card that was invalid. I contacted the Eneba support today, who told me to contact Amazon to get the redemption date of the Amazon gift card. I did, and it was 2 WEEKS before I bought the key myself. Despite this proof (that they requested themselves) they refused to refund me. They said they had other informations from the seller on their platform, but they refused to share that proof with me! Why ask me for a proof and then refuse. They refused to investigate further (by contacting Amazon themselves with the key number they would easily see that I didn't lie).”
“I bought hundreds of subscription codes from Eneba on Black Friday in the hopes of selling them in the near future for a decent profit. When I started selling the codes I started getting complaints that they were already redeemed and when I checked, they were. If I get a person here or there who says that I assume it's a scammer, but over a dozen people complained in a very short time so I knew something was up. Upon checking all the codes I purchased, it said they were already used despite no one seeing them but me and the seller. I filed a dispute with Paypal and they sided with these scammers despite all my evidence. Now I have to go to my bank to deal with this problem. What a mess. Never again.

“Beware of Eneba, this is the worst platform to spend your money on. The company claims to be reputable, however, its scamming the customers by selling "Already USED" keys, and upon contacting their support (which is super awful), they send you in a rabbit hole to contact the official Platform.
In my case, I bought the Cricket 25 - PS5 key, which turned out to be used already, and even though I contacted the ENEBA support, after days of back n forth emails, I was told that key was not used as per their seller.
I even provided the official Playstation Email to them, specifying that the key was used before I purchased it, but then I was ghosted.
Please, never purchase from this platform, as they're scammers, and huge liars, who will not hesitate to take your money, and then lie on your face.

“I purchased three 30-day Xbox Game Pass Ultimate codes from seller gamemania. They were non-stackable codes; I had to wait for each to expire before using the next. I used the first two without a problem. When I attempt to use the third code after the second month expired, I found that the code had already been redeemed. I provided screenshots of my Microsoft account and the chat with Microsoft confirming that it wasn't used in my account. Eneba refused to refund the purchase because the code was used after my purchase. They said that the seller has ways to confirm this directly with the publisher, which they "could not ignore". Considering that I know for certain that I neither used the code nor gave it away, I believe that gamemania resold my code.
You can buy legitimate keys through Eneba but customer service will not help you if you get ripped off, even if you provide proof.”

Basically saying that since I opened each code but didn't use them so they resold my codes for someone else to use! I spent $100.00 in codes and can't use any of them. EMEBA gave me a reply saying that since I open each code to write down to be used at a later time they were used. I asked EMEBA WHAT PROOF DO THEY HAVE THAT THEY WERE USED! I WANT WHAT DEVICE, LOCATION AND TIME THEY WERE USED. NO REPLY. ENEBA IS TOTAL SCAMMER SITE. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!
