“It seems some companies have gamed the algorithms with data that makes their plans appear higher ranked; however if you search and filter the list, you can still find the best plan that meets your needs.”

“I was pleased with the effort of your customer service rep that got me started in the application process. It got somewhat more technical/computer literate as the sign-up progressed. I don't know if it was because of AEP's contract requirements or some other feature of your programs but the depth of the sign-up procedure was more than I have experienced with other intermediary vendors in the energy market. The final element of the sign-up required moving to a separate electronic signature entity. This just added more "password" creation, etc. and I am listed on another entity in which I get a flood of promotional emails. I would hope you could simplify some of the above. As a final statement, your customer service was good and we received an excellent price for signing on with your customer, AEP. Regards, Thomas Logan, CEO Master Parts, Inc.”

“We were able to get a great rate using energy bot. We did have trouble finding out if our contact was accepted and processed. It took several calls to Cirro and to finally find out the power was being turned on and an account accepted for us. We are happy w/the great rate of 5.21 kwh.”
