“The process is VERY easy, and got very close to the cheapest rate I could find on my own. I chose energy bot over the slightly lower rate due to the automatic renewal option, knowing that energy bot will shop for me again when my contract is up. I hate ending up on the month to month rate because I forgot to watch for my contract expiration.”
