“Our property has used Engagement Multiplier's services since August 2021 and their confidential survey platform has been a game-changer for us. We have steadily improved our engagement levels with our team and, when problems were identified, we could move quickly to resolve them and share those remedial actions with our employees. We have also used EM's guidance to create a People Charter for our property, and are in the final stages of rolling it out to our team. Stefan and Hollie at EM have been beyond helpful and responsive throughout our journey with the company. I can recommend EM highly.”

“Engagement Multiplier has enabled our business to get useful anonymous feedback and benchmark our employee engagement. They are easy to contact and their staff are really helpful. The anonymous questionnaires which can be created ourselves and circulated to employees are a useful tool to get more feedback on any particular subject”

“Having used the surveys of Engagement Multiplier since September 2021, I would say that there is a lot of value gained from those staff that participate in the survey. It is important that the questions should be as flexible as possible to ensure staff don't become fed up of surveys. We have signed up to a further 12 months and would certainly recommend Engagement Multiplier to other firms - the opportunity for staff to leave anonymous comments but know that the CEO is responding to all I think is really good and allows staff to be open and honest.”
