“Great service from start to finish. A fantastic installation team that did a very tidy job. Would like to see application support for more than one car but otherwise very impressed.”

“We found dealing with EO was very efficient. We filled in the questionaire to request an EO charger. The response was very quick requesting one extra photo. After payment we were given an installation date. The box with the equipment arrived before installatrion. The engineer arrived on time and did a very neat job. It works well and we are very happy with the small neat box. Highly recommend this product and the company.”

“Good communications throughout the the purchase and arranging the installation. Installation carried out quickly and efficiently and looks nice and tidy. The charger working well, and using the EO app, helps to ensure car charges at off peak times. Thank You.”

“Happy with the charger (EO Mini Pro 2 unteathered), it has a tidy and minimalist design. The software is very simple but does work, and is soon to be updated I believe. My installer (EV-PV in Sutton Coldfield) had great attention to detail and were very helpful answeirng my queries during the install.”

“Installer was very professional. He explained about the installation in great detail and we made some last minute changes to the overall positioning of the breaker box, exterior cabling and EV charging point. Very happy with the quality of the installation. Only gripe was that the installer didn’t appear to have his own vacuum in his van.”

“Installer excellent. Service poor. I had to chase to get an installer quote and then the EO QR code did not work. I then called, was on hold for 20 minutes, met by a slightly edgy helper and then told she couldn’t help and I need to wait for a call from EO.”

“Pre and post installation service and communication has been excellent, however the technical issues I've experienced with unit connection to home wi-fi has taken the shine off what was a relatively painless process. Your technical team led by Daniel has been very helpful and the replacement unit is now operational.”
