“I haven't had a chance to use the charging point as my car hasn't arrived yet but the chap who installed the point was very polite and did a neat and tidy job.”

“I had looked at a number of charging solutions without success when I saw an advert for EO Charging. I looked up their website and completed the online survey and then arranged to go ahead with the charger. The Electrician who fitted it for me, Brendon, was brilliant and positive, which considering mine wasn’t a standard installation, gave me such confidence. Ed, who I liaised with at EO was equally brilliant and helpful. The charger is also perfect and looks extremely neat. A really fantastic experience throughout:)”

“Octopus organised my EOMini pro 2 charge point installation very swiftly with a local installer. Communication was excellent throughout and made the whole process a stress free experience. The installation from WB Electrical Services Ltd was first class. Highly recommended.”

“I experienced a few problems both pre and post installation which was frustrating, but all were resolved in a very satisfactory manner and will no longer be experienced by any new customers I am told. The company has a keen eye on the customer experience and is keen to retain its base, which is always good to see.”

“EO were great to communicate with during my purchase. They responded quickly and communications were clear both in writing and during phone calls. Plain concise English was used to explain items and processes. The charger itself is a brilliant piece of equipment. It is compact, solidly built with a tough paint over a metal frame. It has been reliable, connects and charges instantly and is easy to plug/unplug. It quickly and easily connected to my WiFi and has stayed connected, communicating with the app quickly and reliably. Thanks for a great service & product EO.”

“Installation was quick and simple. Only issue was with getting it to connect to the EO system & App. The App still doesn't work so I just use the car's scheduling facility to use the cheapest electricity.”
