“Every single car I checked during the $1 trial had inaccuracies - in particular missing accidents and inaccurate mileage reports. I ran vehicles I knew because how else am I to test it? They let you run a very limited number during the trial and then conveniently charge you a non-refundable $99.99 as part of their broken business model. This company will not survive -- they are only after your hundred bucks, not repeat business. Do not use if you need an accurate report.”

As someone from a developing country, where $100 represents 50% of my monthly income, this amount means so much more to me than it would to others. To be treated this way, especially when I was simply trying to pay for one report, feels like a betrayal.”
“The worst scam and experience, I do not recommend them at all. I purchased the pass to view VINs for one month, and when it ended, I canceled it. However, they automatically charged me $100 for the renewal without giving me any option to get a refund. They are the worst and most opportunistic company.
