Hello Daren, Thank you for your review! Not sure if it matters now that you have completed the program, but you can actually mute the voice-over. I will attach a print screen here but the volume button is located in the bottom right corner.

“Very clear and thorough. One issue is that sometimes to move to the next page, I would have to click the "next page" button, and sometimes I would have to press the "fast forward" button, and it was unclear why there's this discrepancy.”

“Normally these courses should be valid for 3 years but I see this one is only valid for one year. I won’t much like having to take this course again in only one year.”

Hello George, WHMIS can have an expiration date that differs from province to province or based on company size/registration status. Due to this, we will have to write the lowest possible number and if in your province the expiration date is 3 years, you can renew your program again in 3 years, not in 1 year.

“I believe there was a typo on the page about felling trees but I enjoyed doing the course overall. I learned way more than I expected to about the safe use of chainsaw. However, I found it beneficial to have a second tab open with Youtube so I could learn more in depth about certain topics, and learn more visually through videos. Time will tell if having this certificate on my resume will now get me more job interviews.”
