Hello Terry, Thank you very much for your feedback! Please note that the transition time between slides should be almost instant. There are just a small number of processes that happen in the background and if you faced such as problem there are only 2 possible explanations: 1. Our server did not work properly - which can't be the case because it did load all sequences without drops in connection. 2. You have a device issue: either an older device or an infected device (spyware, malware etc.) which is heavily affecting your internet connection. With that being said, you should probably have the device checked out

“I think additional safety measures could have been expanded upon to improve understanding of the hazards. Example expanded lockout requirements and introducing Arc flash hazards. Overall a good course but a little additional detail may improve the awareness of safely working around electricity”

Hello Scott, Thank you very much for your review! We actually have a lockout and tagout course but from a legislation/safety training point of view, it doesn't go together with the ESA. These 2 topics are separated courses with different certificates.

“Hi, The method of the test was well done and simple, but please refrain from using the term 'maniac' when talking about episodes of bipolar disorder/manic depression. If you are having an episode of mania, you are 'manic', not 'maniac'. It means experiencing a period of heightened 'brain activity', which does not mean you are a 'maniac'. This is an important distinction that helps to destigmatize bipolar disorder, so please update your test ASAP. if you don't believe me, you can reference many scientific papers, as well as the DSM. I hope this was helpful. Thanks,”

Hello Cecil, Thank you very much for your review. I have checked all modules of the TDG course to make sure it wasn't a technical issue coming from our website and after looking into your account, I think figured why you had problems with the voice-over. The voice-over is active only if you have the focus over the browser window with the presentation. If you are trying to surf on other websites while watching the course, the presentation will stop, to make sure that you are paying attention to the material.
