“I needed a JVC DC power cable to connect an old JVC digital video (DV) camera to its power charger (the camera's digital output is disabled without this). It worked a treat and I can now convert our old family mini-DV tapes into “modern” formats and store them on our computer. e-spares were fantastic as it arrived as described, fixed the problem and virtually no-one else sells this cable.”

“I ordered some fridge handles but got size/ product wrong, eSpares returns service was excellent, I have yet to fit the correct handles which came two days later but am certain they will be fine ,great service , such service goes a long way with costumers keep it up. Derek”

“I recently ordered a product - carpet cleaning solution - on www.espares.ie. I am very satisfied with the overall level of customer service provided. Delivery was prompt, packaging was secure and the item was good value for money compared to other online retailers selling the same product. It worked brilliantly too, exactly as promised! “Many thanks for your quick response in suppling a freezer door seal for my fridge freezer. Your video looked too simple a job to be true. I soon realised by following your simple instruction, it was true, well-done Espares. My unit is now working efficiently once more. A general tip for persons like me who decided to have a go and fit it themselves. Ensure that you remove the freezer drawers and check the rear of the cabinet is frost free and if not remove the ice before you remove the old Door seal. I had to do this it did not take more than 15 mins to have everything working well. Many thanks Espares for your 5star service. Regards Phil Cox (I am 82 years young, you can do it.)”

“PNorfolk Fan Oven Element - 2500W - (ES1019719) The part was delivered a little quicker than stated but when I got round to repair the videos of 'how to' were extremely useful. One problem was the fan. Working before I started - not afterwards. On my Hotpoint double cooker the wiring is looped back to the fan and in the fitting of the element it invisibly became detached (Video of replacing helped). All I needed to do was remove the back panel and reconnect it. The whole exercise was great because in the process the cooker got thoroughly cleaned including the top oven fan and years of dust from inside the back. A well used old cooker now looks and smells like new. Thanks again espares.”
