“Part broke on the strimmer at 3.30pm. Looked on line and found espares. Looked for my model number then picked the part. Very easy website to use. Ordered next day delivery and it arrived just after lunch so fitted it and out working again in less than 24 hours. Now that’s what I call a fantastic service.”

“Wanted Hotpoint cooker knobs and ordered them - pack arrived very quickly. Unfortunately none of the would fit on my very old cooker and I sent them back, explaining that, as I had opened the pack to try them I didn't expect a refund. I received a full refund which I appreciate. Very customer focused company - not many like that these days! Would recommend Espares and would use them again.”

“Although item required was not in stock when trying to order there seemed to be confusion as to when would be available. However it seemed to be no trouble for staff to sort out, even when i asked for order to be cancelled so i might purchase elsewhere. Very pleased indeed with attitude and help from several members of staff.”

“What a wonderful company with real people. I ordered a part for my fridge which arrived quickly but was damaged. I was going on holiday in a few days so I sent them an email telling them this and they sent out a replacement that arrived the following day without even waiting for my original one to return. Thanks to all concerned.”

“The online checker system asked for the serial number and code to ensure the part i was buying was compatible. Payment via PayPal and quick delivery for the Tumble Drier Handle was within a few days and the tracker via Royal Mail was excellent. The Tumble Driers is 10 years old but the part was readily available. Excellent service. Well done guys.”
