“Excellent , fast service and exactly the part I needed for my Zanussi washing machine. A part i was orignaly told was obsolete!! Video made it easy for me to fit myself and hey presto! worked first time. Thank you for a great service. PS I will inform the engineer that the part IS available from youselves and not obsolete as he said.”

“I ordered, online, shortly after 8pm on Tuesday 10th Sept, and my order was delivered on Thursday 12th by 1:30pm. No Next Day delivery was requested, but between Espares & Royal Mail they did a fantastic job. What more can one ask for at this kind of service. Excellent Thank you.”

“Brilliant custmer service as always have used eSpares on many occasions .I purchased a tumble dryer belt which failed after 3 uses.I contacted them about the faulty belt and returned it to them. I was given a full refund soon after great service”

“I have used eSpares on many occasions, nice and easy to find what you need and always a fare price, Recently purchased a dryer belt which failed after only three uses, I contacted eSpares regarding the belt, purchased a new one and sent the failed one back, I got a full refund after they received the faulty belt.Always use them when I need a part for any of my appliance's in the home”

“I recently bought a motor for my vacuum cleaner that was shipped to South Africa but unfortunately arrived damaged and unusable. I reported the matter to eSpares who promptly replied and offered to send me a replacement part at no extra cost. This is what you call service, prompt, with no questions asked. I will certainly only buy my spare parts fro eSpares even though i live in South Africa as one can rely on them. Keep up the good work eSpares, your service is outstanding.”

“I recently ordered from you a part from espares this was delivered within 3days it fits perfectly . Also I have previously ordered parts for various different appliances , never had a problem and if I was struggling to fit said part usually a video is available to a assist BRILLIANT service”

“On this bank holiday Monday, I ordered a freezer drawer for my under counter Fridge/freezer. I had confirmation that it was being sent later that evening. I received it in the post on Wednesday with great outer package. Fantastic service. Beat that!”

“Bought a replacement blade for my Bosch lawn mower. I decided to go for the non-branded part (almost half the price of the Bosch original) and was wondering if I'd gambled on quality; I did not. It works perfectly and was delivered very promptly. Will be using eSpares again.”

“We have an integrated Beko fridge freezer and have struggled to find spare parts for the interior. Espares stock both dooe shelf and internal shelf, have a good system to check that the spare fits your model before purchase. Good notification of a very speedy delivery slot. Perfect. Thank you”

“I have always looked at Washing Machines with wonder as they are so large and appear to be intricate. I will take little items to pieces to repair them but larger electrical items left me cold. However, when my daughter in law stated that she had problems with her Hotpoint washer in the form of hole in the seal she was considering buying a new one, or getting in a repair man, I looked on the espares site to find the price of a new seal and it was relatively cheap. I also looked at the video of how to do the replacement and it looked quite easy. I suggested that she order one and with the help of my son we would replace it. When it arrived we approached the repair with a bit of trepidation but having the video on his smart phone we just followed it step by step. There were a few sticky moment releasing screws and springs but on the whole it flowed quite well. It took us longer than the 30 minutes suggested but at the end of the day when we tested it not a leak insight. Thank you espares for the video. If anybody else has quarms about doing repairs of this nature, look at the videos and get stuck in!”
