“I contacted Espares for a replacement cover for my shower and also for a Charger for my Dyson, on both occasions I had a fantastic response, and the parts were Genuine Triton and Dyson parts. They are a fantastic company to deal with. No hesitations at all to use them again.”

“I recently purchased a grill pan from E-spares but, when it arrived, the handle was missing from the box. I contacted E-spares, who sent a replacement out. This arrived the following day. They sent me an e-mail with a returns label so I could return the one with the missing part at no cost to me. Well impressed with their customer service and would have no hesitation in recommending this company.”

“Required a hand control for Panasonic Blue Ray player ( a few years old ). Panasonic had no replacement, contacted Espares with the problem, within 24hrs answered saying we can fix. another 24hrs and it arrived. loaded the batteries. up and running. Have used this company before, prompt service, good products.”

“Have a Zanussi electric cooker with broken inside main oven door. With some research on eSpares I contacted company directly. Having model numbers to hand I was in contact with excellent operator. I placed my order on Friday evening I had my new glass delivered by courrier early on Monday. This I considered excellent service and will be glad to continue business in the future and recommend them highly”

“My LG washing machine drain pump had ceased working. A Google search brought up a video showing how to access and replace the pump. The video was easy to understand (it did relate to a different model number which had very minor differences to my model). I ordered a replacement pump from eSpares and then, following the video, removed the old pump and fitted the new one. Job took 30 minutes. So, £30 for a replacement pump instead of £120 that I was quoted for a call out engineer.Happy days !”

“Vacuum bags I ordered vacuum bags from eSpares, which I received within 3 days. The Customer Service advisor was helpful and friendly. The delivery arrangement with Royal Mail was excellent. I received my product in good condition. I received emails from eSpares and also a text message and emails from Royal Mail confirming my product was on the way. Having felt let down by the manufacturer's UK supplier, I searched for another supplier and came across eSpares. I am very happy with the service and have already recommended this company to family and friends. I am grateful for companies like this which continue to provide a service which helps consumers to recycle and reuse products, which still have a good life-cycle and which helps to reduce unnecessary waste in and around our environment!”
