Recently spent some time on the phone with a great sales guy helping me identify the filter I needed for a very old Dyson DC14. He was very patient and came up with exactly the right part (although I wasn't convinced since it looked a bit different to the original). Great service and I could almost say I enjoy vacuuming again now, as it picks up everything! Well done espares. Friendly, patient and very helpful staff, speedy delivery, well packaged.

My parcel was delivered damaged by Royal Mail. One piece of cardboard was missing from the side and the whole box was undone. Royal Mail had put an elastic band over it so it did not look opened but no label to say it had been damaged in transit like they use to do. When I opened it one part of my order was missing. I contacted e-spares by e-mail and they sent a replacement completely free of charge. It was sent express delivery, not by Royal Mail, and I received it the very next day. Callum, from e-spares, sent me an e-mail confirming all this with no questions and excellent customer service which I always look for with anyone that I purchase from. I would wholly recommend e-spares.

I ordered on line a new element for my oven on 15/02/20 , I received an e-mail back saying it was out of stock and would be despatched on 28/02/20. I then received another e-mail on 24/02/20 saying it had been despatched! It arrived the following day and with in 20 minutes I had the part fitted and working. Very happy with the service from e-spares, kept me informed throughout. I've used them a few times over the last couple couple of years and cannot recommend them enough. 👏👏

Once more, an excellent, responsive service from eSpares. With the additional benefit of a You Tube guide on how to replace a Henry Hoover rocker switch it was a very satisfying customer experience! Also, I am so pleased eSpares uses Royal Mail for postal delivery - this complemented the good service. Thank you.

My oven element had blown and I ordered the part from e-spares that evening, received the part the following morning and followed their online instructions which were spot on. Would not hesitate to recommend them Great service !

Unfortunately my order was “lost in despatch”, however Espares quickly sorted the matter. The communications with this company superb! Will certainly consider using them again in the future.

Great customer service after Royal Mail failed to deliver a replacement part for a food processor: eSpares replaced the lost part, with apologies, sending via DPD so I am very grateful and a happy customer.
