“Great experience. Found the part I wanted on the web site and by entering the washing machine model number it confirmed it was the correct part. Considering the Covid19 problems delivery was only a couple of days. Top company to deal with.”

“Oven blew the trip halfway through a midweek roast. After speaking to my sparky he recommended e spares and I must say from the first page, it was an easy process. Dispatched Friday, with me at 10:30 am Monday morning and up and running again by 11am. Great coms and service. Cheers e-spares and I hope your all keeping safe #covid19”

“I have dealt with eSpares several times in the past and would not hesitate to buy from them again. From the ease of finding the part needed through to ordering and delivery, I would definitely recommend them. The prices are extremely good especially when compared to the cost of buying a whole new appliance, from a kettle to a cooker I have saved money with them. Thank you eSpares.”

“Dropped the basket from the air fryer and snapped the handle off. Couldn't find one anywhere not even the makers, found E-spares and they ordered me one. It took two weeks but it's fitted and working again. Best £7 ever spent.”

“I needed a replacement shelf got my fridge freezer. I knew the make but not the model number of the appliance. I found the correct shelf easily on the well organized and well. illustrated on-line catalogue by referring to the photograph and the dimensions listed there. I ordered it with confidence . It was dispatched within hours and arrived the next day precisely at the time the parcel service they used promised. Brilliant service from both eSpares and dpd at this very difficult time. Thank you both . I've told my friends on Facebook too!”

“I would just like to say thank you for the quick response and delivery of my spares Having taken my dyson to the local repairs shop to be told it would be rather expensive and then waiting for my husband to find time to take it apart to assess what was needed and nearly disposing if it We found we only needed these 2 parts and now I have a fully functioning hoover So thank you very much”

“Dyson Lifetime Pre Motor Filter Old Dyson lifesaver The staff were absolutely amazing and very very helpful. I have a very old Dyson 08 telescopic complete model. I sent them in photos of the bits that needed replacing and serial number. This filter is perfect! Also they managed to get me a replacement brush head which again fits easily and just what I needed. The parts arrived when they said they would. Can’t fault them !”

“Used e spares for the first time last week to order a replacement handle for a Bosch tumble drier. Found the website great and easy to navigate, it also allows you to check your appliance number for compatibility. The delivery process was equally brilliant, good communication on delivery times with a tracker available, and a two hour window given for the delivery, it even arrived ahead of schedule. First class service ! I would gladly recommend e spares to anyone! Thank you.”

“Recently spent some time on the phone with a great sales guy helping me identify the filter I needed for a very old Dyson DC14. He was very patient and came up with exactly the right part (although I wasn't convinced since it looked a bit different to the original). Great service and I could almost say I enjoy vacuuming again now, as it picks up everything! Well done espares. Friendly, patient and very helpful staff, speedy delivery, well packaged.”
