“When I ordered the part for my Karcher pressure washer I was aware that espares were awaiting stock. When the hoped for date arrived I asked them for progress and apparently their supplier was also out of stock. With the current (coronavirus situation) issues like this are to be expected. When the part arrived it was despatched on Saturday and received on Tuesday. Not bad service from Birmingham to rural SW France! Well done!”

“Placed my order - replacement Motor and HEPA Filter. Goods delivered promptly. Allowed me to repair a Dyson DC39 Animal. Not sure I'd say it's as good as new, but it certainly now works very well. This is not the first time I've used eSpares, and it certainly won't be the last.”

“Placed an order for a replacement shelf for daughters fridge - not helped by social isolation. Little apprehensive that the correct part would be delivered. Had taken & compared photographs of the required item on eparts web site with that which daughter had sent. Ordered the item early part of the week - the item arrived approx 3 days later - apprehension, increase in blood pressure as daughter came to collect the shelf. The telephone rang - daughter confirmed the shell was a perfect fit. Many, many thanks to espares for the speed in which they expedited the order and the clarity of items show on their website”

“Hi just wanted to say thank you for quickly responding to the mail and sending me the part on the back of that. Your videos were brilliant and I was able to replace grill element with not too much drama but couldn’t have done it without the guidance. I was sceptical that my 15 year old cooker could be fixed. But amazingly the grill is up and working again. So thank you for the quality part and video support. You’ve saved me the major cost of replacing the cooker. One happy customer”

“Hello, I just wanted to say a big thank you for delivering my order so fast! My fridge motor bearings went on good Friday and after looking around I realised it was harder than I thought to get a new fridge at the moment (not that I wanted to buy one!) Any way, you had the part in stock, website was easy to use & excellent service, part was well packaged, came Wednesday morning, fitted spot on and fixed my Kenwood fridge freezer, happy days 😃. “What a helpful business, I needed a part for my hoover and I thought I had located the correct part but when I came to order the part the very helpful staff informed me that it was not a perfect match and kindly informed me of the right item to purchase The part was ordered and delivered very promptly even though I live abroad Excellent service”

“I ordered a new blade for my lawnmower from espares, but could not get the old blade off. I sent an email to e-spares explaining and cancelling my order. They put an immediate refund into my bank account. I think that is pretty wonderful service and would certainly use them again.”

“Oven element went belly up! Common sense told me a new one would be needed but how could l being a Pensioner get fixed during this lock down? First look at the repair Video see how it was simply explained and then order the replacement part just make sure you identify the correct one needed. Goods soon arrived so refresh myself with the Video instructions and soon sorted all back to normal and cooking just right..Thank you espares.. Peter Kelly”

“Excellent service from e-spares. I ordered an element for my electric cooker. Estimated delivery was a little longer than expected due to the ongoing coronavirus issue but the part turned up within 3 days. Very efficient service and would certainly recommend to anybody. We also found the video on the website very helpful. Thanks again.”

“Good clear pictures of the parts on the easy to use web site. Very fast delivery. Freezer door fixed ! very happy with these guys as it is a very old in built freezer and I doubted I would find the hinge required.”

“Needed a glass door for my washer a friend said to go on line to espares so I did , got the right glass door it came within a few days very well packaged and in good condition I fitted it now the washer is up and running again. eSpares are great to deal with would recommend them to anyone.”
