“B& D Heavy duty spool and cables Recently I looked up the E-Spares for a price on the two items which I required. The price was very compedative , hence I ordered the parts on line. The delivery was prompt as per the website and I would strongly recommend E-Spares to all my friends in the future. I live in Dublin and delivery was spot on”

“I contacted Espares to see if they had the small locking devices which had broken on my Cooker Hood cover. The young man who dealt with my query (Mohammed) was extremely helpful, patient and very professional. The part arrived as promised and I was given a one hour time slot by DPD. The Espares video explained exactly how to fit the new part. The parts are now in place and I am delighted. So refreshing to deal with a company who care.”

“I ordered parts for the vacuum cleaner which arrived promptly. Unfortunately I had to return them as I could not use them. The returns process was simple and straight forward. The company also refunded the money and emailed me an acknowledgement. The service provided by Espares was excellent and very professional. In today's hectic life its good to deal with a professional company and gets things done. Thank you.”

“Very Prompt and professional in answering my inquiry. Pointed me in the right direction for the help that I needed to solve on my washing machine issues, best of all a link, which made finding the video very easy. “If your wife and bottom basket in your dishwasher are going off the rails,then just buy a new set of wheels from espares, and save on divorce solicitors fees. I did just that,only took 5mins to fit, and now the wife is happy again. Prompt service and correct parts sent. Fully recommended.”

“I ordered a replacement part for my Bosch fridge on Thursday afternoon. The correct part arrived on Saturday morning. I should say I live on the Isle of Skye, so well done eSpares and the Post Office. The carriage cost was very reasonable, the part was well packed and is a manufacturer's part. Their website is easy to use.”

“Having been in touch with Kenwood spares and being told that due to the age of the appliance I could no longer replace the sealing rings I needed which meant I would have to dispose of a perfectly good item. I then looked at the Espares website and although I couldn't locate the size I needed I went to the online chat and a very helpful Alex went out of their way to find what I was looking for. A very patient and courteous employee a credit to espares. A link was placed for me and I went ahead with the order. My order arrived promptly sooner than expected, well packaged and exactly what I wanted and identical to that of the original item. Espares had scored 10 out of 10 from me whereas Kenwood had failed miserably. Would definitely use Espares again.”

“Dear eSpares Team Thank you so much for getting this part to me so quickly, and also for your excellent video showing how to install it. We thought my Mum’s ageing dishwasher was fatally ill when it broke down on her birthday, Saturday. The door wouldn’t close and the digital screen wouldn’t light so I thought there was nothing to lose opening up the door to have a peek, and realised that the spring mechanism had snapped in the door lock and fallen down inside the door. What a wonderful surprise to learn that this such an easily replaceable part without having to call out a repair person. I only ordered it near midnight on Saturday night and you had it here this morning, Tuesday! With the help of your video I had it installed in about 10 minutes and the dishwasher is working again! It’s normally my brother who has the role of ‘fixer-upper’ but he was on hols so I’m chuffed to bits haha! Thank you so much, Angela”
