“I’ve used Espares a few times and I’m always impressed with the service. The last time, I ordered a replacement crisper bin for my fridge/freezer. Unfortunately, it arrived damaged. I informed Espares immediately and a replacement arrived the next day and the damaged one was picked up on a day of my choice.”

“Ordered a new door seal for our washing machine. Great price. We live in Guernsey and are not subject to VAT. eSpares deduct the VAT. (some companies say they can't)! Delivery charge is great and the part was here in three days. Highly recommend eSpares.”

“I ordered two separate items on the same day. I contacted them asking for the items to be sent together to help with the cost of the postage. They went one step further and refunded the second postage cost. Now that’s what you call customer service. Superb.”

“They always make me happy! I ordered a part for my sweeper during the snowy weather and Royal Mail got mixed up and it was "lost in transit". I contacted eSpares when I noticed strange tracking information and they immediately sent the part again. I have used this company many times over the years and always recommend to others. Excellent customer service. Thank you eSpares.”

“Espares are always my first point of call for spares, good range, price and fast delivery. This time I had ordered some Bread Machine clips after first getting a new bread pan from Espares. I realised I didn't need the clips and cancelled the order. It was dealt with and refunded very quickly. Thank you Spares for your continued efficiency.”

“I would to thank you for your excellent service you have provided to me Our washing machine drain pump need replacing and when checking for replacement online. We came across your website so we placed the order on Sunday 25th Feb and received item by DPD delivery today on Tuesday 27th Feb at about 1.45 pm, Our machine is fixed so we would like to thank you for your excellent service and DPD for excellent service on the day we had Snow I will pass your website to people I know again thank you from me David Williams David”

“Order placed by phone 1045/19,02,2018, and order confirmation received by e-mail 1049/19,02,2018. Order dispatched 20,02,2018 via DPD to our address in France. Chronopost e-mail advised that parcel would arrive between 1315 and 1415 on 21,02,2018. Parcel actually delivered at 1315/21,02,2018 ! Parcel was undamaged with goods inside in perfect condition. The goods ordered are already fitted and working very well. Win, win and sterling service to boot. We just wish that there were other companies out there with the same friendly and efficient service. No hesitation to recommend e-Spares.”
