“Espares found me an oven light bulb for my very old oven,it arrived quickly very well packed (protected) the post office told me it was on its way today's the now light up my oven plus a nice ball pen was enclosed if this bulb lasts 15 years like the last one I'll be delighted,I can wholeheartedly recommend E-spares”

“This is a great company. I ordered an element for a toaster, thinking it had blown. Turned out somebody had just changed the settings on the toaster (I know...!) which is why one side wasn't working! In embarrassment I returned the item. No quibbles whatsoever from Espares, they took it back and credited me immediately, keeping me fully informed at every step. The customer experience was exceptional, thanks and well done guys.”

“Easy website to find my way round - easy payment system - and then within almost 12 hours Driver Malcolm is at my door delivering the ordered fridge freezer part I needed. The part is now fitted - so everything is now back to normal after our mini crisis yesterday. The service cannot be bettered. Thank you for your excellent service. Chris Helme”

“Espares is like having a fairy godmother. I have always found what I wanted however obscure my need, rendering an obsolete item useable again. This time it was a cover for my cooker hood lamp, I found the identical one to the broken one. And the arrival time is brilliant too. Thank you espares.”

“I received a slightly damaged pot replacement for my slow cooker, days before a very important dinner. The team at eSpares dispatched a brand new replacement via courier which reached me extremely quickly and manage to use it for my dinner. I have never experienced such good customer service .”

“My order arrived before the due date but unfortunately was not suitable..I have been very reassured by the almost immediate responses to my emails detailing my problem and by the efforts of e Spares to rectify this. The problem although complex was resolved to my satisfaction and benefit and I am delighted to highly recommend eSpaes as an, in my opinion, very organised efficient reliable company with an amazing after sales customer service. “Espares are great for purchasing anything to do with household white goods from replacement parts for washing machines,dishwashers,dehumidifiers etc if you are technically minded.... to consumables IE vacuum bags ,dishwasher cleaning kits,air fresheners etc and at very competitive prices.”

“I was certain that I had no chance to successfully change a drive belt on my Dyson DC07 vacuum cleaner and was thinking of binning it, however by following the Espares video I managed to do it, even the tricky bit! Boy was I impressed! Thank you for having these practical hints available to all.”
