“I think my oven is working just fine for Christmas, thank you, but I’d also like to say thank you for the number of times you have helped me resolve problems, and saved me loads of money at the same time. I know much more than I ever thought I would need to know about how my household appliances work and, as well as saving me money, it is most satisfying to fix problems myself. And I’m sending this from France; your charges are extremely reasonable and the ‘fixes’ have never failed. Bonnes fêtes, as we say here, and thank you again. Sally Smith”

“We ordered a part for our Cannon stratford oven door that had broken. (could not find on Cannons own site). The part arrived next day as promised and well packed. I fitted the part in 10 minutes and found the new part superior to the broken item. The bracket that had broken off has been modified by being lengthened which strengths it. I would recommend and use Espares again.Thanks.”

“Espares sent the parts immediately. Unfortunately they did not fit my vacuum cleaner (my mistake), Espares then agreed to a refund which was credited to my account within 2 days. Excellent customer service.”

“Excellent customer service, I had to send back ordered goods, once the post office refused to accept the return label eSpares organized pick up, refund granted but most importantly every email I sent I received response within 15 mins. Well done eSpares team!”

“I have used espares over a number of years. Without fail enquiries are answered very quickly, they also have a very good telephone system that allows you to call back later and head the queue. Large organisations would learn a lot by copying how this company gives a very good customer service.”

“Always a fast & efficient service. They have replacement items you don't think are possible to get hold of, from George Foreman grill parts to genuine Dyson parts. The delivery is fast & not expensive. Take a look its amazing what they sell.”

“Impecable service. Royal Mail made an error with my delivery. I let espares know and within a day they had resent the product free of charge. Couldn't be more impressed! Will 100% or from them in the future. Saved myself £150 on replacing my coffee machine”

“The washing machine paddle was in stock I was kept up to date when it had been shipped etc the video was was really helpful it was so easy to fit ,the I opted for the next next day delivery it was here when they said it would be what more could I ask for !!! Will definitely be using them again highly recommend .”

“I ordered the incorrect colour item so went through the returns procedure which worked fine. At 8.30 pm I ordered the correct item for express delivery which arrived at 9am next morning. Unbelievable service muchly appreciated.”
