“I ordered a put you up bed and cover. The bed arrived minus the cover. However I contacted the sales department by e-mail and had a response within a very short period of time confirming that the cover had been omitted from the order and it was now on its way. I await delivery of this item at the time of writing this review.”

“For very reasonable money I have a lovely ottoman bed and mattress. Perfectly suited our redesigned loft room. Now able to hide lots of bits and bobs.”

“I ordered a single fold-up bed. It would be improved with the addition of some way to keep the mattress from sliding, e.g. Velcro ties at each corner to wrap around the frame or small metal sides that are the height of the mattress, which would then be inset. Delivery time was excellent.”

“Your website is easy to navigate and when i called to query a few things, your staff have been excellent so despite not being the cheapest, i decided to buy from you. Your post-purchase communication with customers could be better however. On completing the order i had an email confirming, but nothing regarding delivery - not even a note to say you'd be in touch... A few days later i had to call to find out when to expect receipt as i hadn't heard anything (I acknowledge this included the new year shut down period - but an email wouldn't have gone a miss). Once the order was processed and dispatched, i received an email stating this and that the courier would be in touch - no mention of who the courier was though. I received an email from your courier who was fairly inflexible on delivery time - i assume because we are in Scotland; essentially only offering me Wednesdays with the first option the 18th - which isn't great considering you dispatched it on 3rd January. So in all not the best experience to date. Its Saturday 7th today and i was hoping to have the new bed today so we could build it, however as it stands we will be waiting a further 1.5 weeks before receiving it - which is disappointing.”

“All aspects of the service that Esprahome have provided so far is good. However, the Jay-be bed that we ordered arrived in a really battered box. Muddy, ripped and with a big footprint on it I wasn't at home when it was dropped off otherwise I would have opened it immediately. When I did unpack it, as I suspected, it was damaged. Two castors had been shattered making it unusable. ESPRAHOME are now contacting Jay-be. I currently await a response.”

“Hard to write a proper review when you're told not to mention delivery or customer service !! The bed was sent with the wrong size slats which meant that I had to wait 4 days with a half built bed for new ones to arrive. Product not the easiest to assemble. Lack of comms regarding delivery meant I had to chase. Web chat have speedy responses though.”

“Good product at a good price. Slightly let down by the courier - TNT who didn't let us know they were delivering or who it was from. So we had to rearrange. So its 5 stars for Esprahome and 1 for TNT.”

“Lovely sofa and very good cushions. Only improvement would be more clasps to hold the sofa together, there is quite a bit of movement between sections.”
