Don't rate this company at all,always costing more for the favorite admin fee and thats how they keep getting more money out of you. Also when you change a job it's always more money never less funny that .

Been with esure 7 years 1st claim ever they still need to pay me money this is after 2 years since the claim

’ve had a few years with esure and everything was fine. This time, they sent me a request of proof of address, I sent it to them the same day. A few weeks later they tell me my insurance has been cancelled. Naturally I called and tried to solve the matter, I proved I sent the email the same day it was asked for and they still cancelled the policy AND charged me the cancellation fee!! They claimed they sent out warnings, which was a lie, no email, no phone call no letter. I sent them the proof as soon as they asked for it, I had no fault at all, but I was charged £60. Would not recommend.

Esure, I dont really dont know how to put into words how I feel, I understood that insurance companies were there to help in difficult times, esure in my experience presume anyone who makes a claim is guilty before innocent, multiple letters sent to me asking for my personal data, taken my car without informing where it even is? Absolutely disgraceful yo

My partner suffered a stroke and was in a coma Esure hounded me when i cancelled the direct debit and i explained that he was in a coma and they asked for written permission from him before they would discuss with me ,they had no compassion and emailed and phoned ,dismissing what i had told them and suggested even though the car was never going to be driven again id have to pay immediately as Enforcement officers would issue a fine ,i was already under so much stress and they just dismissed anything i said and they took a n unauthorised payment from my sons account and told me it was authorised ,but my son had not made such an arrangement ,really find them uncompassionate and really feel harassed by them and am desperate now to get rid of the car and INSURANCE ,i have live chat as evidence and emails ,

I moved to esure as they gave me a good quote for my car at the time. Mid policy I've changed my car. It was easy enough to change the car details online and it didn't cost me any extra. However I have a personal registration and as this wasn't put on the new car straight away as I had to wait a week for DVLA to swap things over. I called ensure to change the registration to the new one as I'd submitted the online forms and it had rejected. The lady on the phone charged me £29 for this privileged. How can you justify such a large admin fee for a simple task!!. I insure three cars and did intend to move them all to esure but not anymore. I've never been charged this much money for an admin task by any other insurance company.

Terrible service, the customer service advisors needs serious training to listen and accurately records customer requirements ... and the managers need to ensure that they respond to complaints. In my case I have had over 6 calls with a variety of customer advisors each who promised action but none of them kept their word and nor did the managers even bother to even call !!! Truly amateur service... and will never recommend them!!

Was really disappointed that I was dismissed due to me not being unable to work from home due to mental health issues. Team leaders and HR staff are deceitful liars so I now have to go to a Tribunal. I would certainly never recommend them and suggest customers do the best thing and not insure with the.

The real thieves of the planet! These absolute crooked sons of Sheila's (esure/Sheila's wheels) have just racked in a BMWe90 msport 2owners fsh+more they owe, after waiting 2 weeks without any curtsey car having been fed total lies! Comes to the nitty gritty they tell me ownership of a named driver is the reason having already occurred other damages then now as the payout is heavier for them its too much of an issue. COMPLETELY RIPPED OFF. COMPLAINT OPENED. NAMES NOT MENTIONED!!!!!!!!

esure never sent me a renewal quote and when I checked it had gone up quite a lot. I changed my vehicle but it was a like for like car. I have found quotes that are a lot lot cheaper for the same policy but they refused to price match. Cancelled policy but still being charged £60 to do so. Will not be recommending Esure to any body else.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS A drunk driver smashed into my vehicle she was arrested for drink driving and admitted full liability to hitting my car. I reported this to acorn insurance my insurance company and I was told To call ESURE the drunk drivers insurance company ... I called esure they collected my car and they have had my car for almost 2 weeks esure then came back to me and said they can’t offer me any service as their policy holder was drunk and breached her insurance policy they told me no work had been done on my car and that I had to deal with acorn insurance.... no one from esure contacted me at all the first I knew about this was when enterprise the courtesy car company contacted me Friday afternoon stating esure was not going to pay for the hire anymore and I was going to be left without a car after more than 4 hours and speaking with 8 different people who couldn’t help me I finally got a call from Catherine who was dealing with my claim she apologised and said she was meant to call me but she was waiting to hear from other departments she stated she was new to the role and she was told that even as it was a drunk driver she was told they could still repair my car but she had been miss informed and that they should not have offered to fix my car and I needed to go through my insurance company they did allow me to keep the hire car until Monday as I have vulnerable parents what a mess they said they are not refusing to fix the car but the car would be returned to me and then my insurance company have to deal with them very very poor customer service and I think your staff need to be trained to a high standard not to make these mistakes and cause unnecessary stress to people I have been left with no option but to take this further to the auto motor ombudsman

Rubbish company, guys stay away from this robbers and thieves please i warn you. They fu.k up my life because of nothing, they are the worst company every been made, stay away guys trust me stay away from this company. Rubbish rubbish , the God gonna punish this idiotts because they play with the people i was put in very bad situation because of them. Dont ever ever insure with them Guys trust me NEVER

Not happy with the price compared to other companies and was ripped off from day 1... Cancelled policy due to how expensive and added fees... Not Happy at all..
