“Communication via email was very good and helpful. All questions answered and no wait time at all. I dealt with several members of staff throughout the process of creating my bespoke trip, booking it and planning for it. Everyone I dealt with was very polite and a pleasure to be in contact with. I would 100% use Euroventure again.”

“Best month of my life, so easy booking with the help through emails and lots of guidence. Lots of great hostels to. The call centre line for enquiries and help were fabulous when there was an issue with the train times in Budapest, very quick and very calming when things got a bit stressful. Highly reccomend!”

“From the first point of contact to my final day of travel Euroventure were extremely helpful and prepared me very well for my first solo adventure around europe. They answered all pf my questions, organised all of the travel (bar flights) and equipped me with what i needed, all while working within my budget. I had a life changing experiance and would easily use Euroventure again (hopefully soon) so thanks guys!”

“Courtesy of Euroventure and River Island, I was able to make an amazing trip by rail across Europe. My destinations were Paris, Milan and Florence! We had never done this sort of trip before, and it was excellent! Euroventure ensured that everything ran smoothly, coming up with a detailed and well presented itinerary and tips on what to see and do. This trip involved stays at hostels and was a real eye opener! Better than some hotels in fact! So thank you, and a special mention to Michael for all of your effort in making it happen!”

“Euroventure were so easy to deal with and they were able to cater to exactly what we wanted for our trip. Having our travel and particularly accommodation booked in advance was brilliant and they took care of it all with no detail overlooked. The lines of communication were also superb. Phone calls and emails were answered straight away and any issues that arose both prior to and during our trip were dealt with swiftly. Euroventure also provided a really useful booklet that was personalised for our trip. It contained all the information we needed for each stop along the way and was particularly useful upon arrival in new cities when we were tired and just wanted to get from the train station to our hostel as quick as possible. The information in the booklet ensured that we never got lost and even contained a useful list of suggested things to do, see, eat and drink in all the places that we visited. I would definitely use euroventure again if we decided to plan another trip in Europe.”

“Last year I decided to finally commit to going interrailing around Europe between the last exams of my degree and graduation. I was fed up of making my plans around other people and so decided to go alone. I was slightly nervous about this and so decided to make my travel plans with a company who understood the kind of trip I wanted, this is when I found Euroventure. From deciding my route to finalising my schedule right up to answering travel questions whilst I was on my trip, Euroventure provided me the reassurance and confidence that I needed to begin my adventure! Everyone I interacted with was friendly and a great help and I had all the support I could ask for and more. Would so recommend these guys for first time or nervous travellers - they really think of everything and accommodate the individual.”

“We had the most amazing time on our custom euroventure in September 2016. Giving us the option of picking our train journeys meant we could tailor our package even more than expected, and the freedom of the interrail pass meant we could even decide on the day what time we travelled. The route was really carefully planned so we had trains/buses that were manageable, meaning we could actually enjoy the journies! Every city we went too was amazing and fulfilled both of our expectations- the hostel locations were fabulous (every one of them) and directions in the booklet helpful. The personalised booklet was such a lovely touch. I'd absolutely go on another trip with them!”

“It was very easy to get in touch with the company, and they were very helpful in sorting out the best deal for us and the hostel room requirements that we needed. Our trip went very smoothly in terms of the travel - there were no problems with our train tickets, and the directions provided from each train station to the hostels was extremely helpful. The hostels that were picked out for us varied in terms of location in relation to the city centres, but we had no problems in finding our way around. The room sizes also varied, but everywhere was comfortable, and some hostels even provided free breakfast (others you had to pay for). Overall, I would highly recommend Euroventure to anyone looking to travel around Europe with confidence that your travel is sorted and you know where you're going to sleep at night!”

“The team at Euroventure were professional and efficient right from the booking stage to our return home. We did 4 weeks travelling across Europe in the summer of 2016, the hostels that were chosen were clean, comfortable and friendly. Some of them were nicer than some of the hotels I have stayed in! I have booked to go back to one of the hostels in Berlin for a short break as it was so good. We were given clear instructions which told us exactly how to get to each hostel right down to the exact bus/ tram that we would need to take and the name of the stop that we got on/ off. One of the hostels wasn't to our liking so we called our Euroventure rep Catherine who sorted the problem quickly and efficiently. We were refunded immediately for the accommodation and were able to book somewhere else quickly. Travelling by train was fast and fun, again we were provided with train timetables and reserved seats were a real bonus on the busier journeys. I would definitely use Euroventure again for my next European adventure. Highly recommended.”

“Euroventure is amazing! Not only did they make last minute changes to our route to accommodate flight problems but were always on the end of the phone if we needed help. The little guide they gave us was so useful in working out how best to use our time and how to get around :) oh and importantly the hostels they book are really nice and were always located near food shops and transport links! Thanks Euroventure for making my trip so easy and unforgettable!”

“Would 100% recommend booking with Euroventure if you're going interrailing!! I went with two friends for three weeks and we had such an amazing time. It was so easy and there was no stress because it had all been planned for us- we just followed the Euroventure schedule and we never missed a train or got lost! Some of the rooms we had were so amazing. Our reservation at a hostel in Prague got bumped up to a Penthouse apartment for the price of a six bed dorm!! Interrailing was such an amazing experience and if, like me and my friends, you're students who have deadlines and essays and have no time to map out your holiday then this is the way forward, Happy travelling :)”

“The summer of 2016, myself and nine others decided to use euroventure to book our interrail trip. Whenever I mentioned I'd be travelling in a group of 10, people were shocked and massively advised me against it - even once we were on the trip! Travelling in a large group has many a challenge, booking hostels and trains last minute can be difficult enough for a couple of people, so you can imagine what it would be like for 10! Choosing euroventure allowed us all to sit back and enjoy the trip we were on, without the faff of having to sort accommodation and trains and decide where to actually go everyday. That being said, there was a couple of times things could of been improved! Firstly, we told the company our party details when first calling for a quote (specifically that one member would be turning 18 whilst we were away) and on the phone we were told not to worry, and to put her down as an adult as that was what she would be for the rest of the time. We did this and thought nothing else of it. We were then obviously frustrated when we were told a few weeks before departure that we had not informed them that there was a 'child' in our group and that we would need to cover the cost of this being changed. This was a significant amount which was disappointing considering they had been informed. A small thing which is more general, the maps and instructions leading to hostels were many times poor, and it probably would have been better to not have them at all!! Vague and confusing at times, we ended up just using our phones! However, I genuinely believe euroventure were a massive part of why this summer was absolutely incredible, and I can't wait to go on the next adventure with them!”

Hi Helen! So glad to hear you had an awesome time on your trip and are planning to come back for another :) I'm sorry that the issue with under 18s caused some confusion - in some hostels rules have been introduced which mean that under 18s have to stay in private dorms for safety reasons, which does cost slightly more. This should have been made clear at the start so my apologies for this - we have now changed our policy so that ages must be confirmed in writing to make sure the price at the time of booking is correct. “One of the best trips of my life. Well worth the money we paid. I travelled with my two friends and did the 'Whole Hog' package for 4 weeks. Would love to do it all over again!”
