“Excellent customer service, I felt like you cared about me as an individual and I wasn't just another customer. Your response times to all my questions were excellent and you didn't ever make me feel stupid for asking a question. I think this business is definitely something to be proud of as I've never experienced customer service like it. The directions to the hotels were useful and accurate and the trains were always correct.”

“The overall planning, organisation and timely manner that the trip was delivered by Euroventure's, staff member Karis. The service was excellent, and all my questions were answered. “The level of customer service provided by yourselves throughout the trip was outstanding. We felt like there was always someone on the end of the phone when we hit a bump in the road. It is really comforting when you are in a place you are unsure of. All good value for money too.”

“The travel pack was excellent and extremely helpful. It provided concise important info in a conviently sized package. The extra info on the interrail pass was useful to clear up any confusion along the way. The hostels were amazing and there was zero problems checking in and the fact it was prepaid in advance made things even easier. Directions to the hostels were always spot on and the use of specific shops etc as landmarks made the directions so easy to follow.”

“I have travelled with Euroventure 3 times now and I keep coming back so they must be doing something right. Honestly they seem to put their heart into it and really actually care about you as an individual not just another customer. They seem really friendly people who can chat away to you about travelling all day long. I've travelled most of Europe now but they keep putting new routes together for me so I just keep coming back haha”

“The book that you provide is amazing. All the directions were very good and helpful. The suggestions on what to do were good as well. Also the staff were really good with dealing with any problems. We had an issue in one of our cities and we emailed Michael (a member of staff that helped us the whole time) and he fixed it immediatly.”

“The travel pack was so useful, particularly the recommendations of things to do and places to eat. In most places we went to we did at least one of the recommendations and not once were we disappointed. It was refreshing just to have a short list of things to do, as rather than being overwhelmed by information as you are with most guidebooks, it made us actually want to try the suggestions. I was also very impressed when on one day we had a problem with our hostel in Croatia (the owners did not think we had paid), I rang up the out-of-hours number and our problem was dealt with immediately. All in all we had the most brilliant trip and the service Euroventure provided was excellent, from the pre-trip communications to the extensively detailed travel pack (don't know what we would have done without it!). All emails from Euroventure were very friendly, as was everybody I spoke to over the phone. I don't know why all inter-railers don't book through Euroventure as it takes the stress out of all the planning and organising. All of it is done for you! Thank you for the trip of a lifetime!”

“I would recommend euro venture to anybody. They took all the stress out of organising our trip around Europe. Any problem we ran into while we were travelling they were there to help straight away. They made the whole trip very easy goin and relaxed especially as it was our first big trip away ????”
