In the pricing on some of your web pages, the base fee of $50 is not prominently displayed and easy to miss. I missed this on my first order and it was an unpleasent suprise. Thank you for the one time discount on my first order I very much appreciate the accomodation. The second issue is the AI video intro in the app and website. The AI figure is not flattering. Its a bit unnerving to be greeted by. I really feel it is a disservice to the rest of your brand to be using an AI model for your intro, especially when your service is based around digitizing video media.”
