They have many location convenientl locations where you drop off your materials and pick up the finished product. My job was a rush job and they completed the project on time as promised. Everpresent also did an audio transfer quality report where they evaluated and reported on the quality of my original vinyl (noise level, recording quality, vinyl surface damage, etc) which was good info to read.
