“I had three very old albums, one a double record, that were more than forty years old, and had been played quite often when new with the expected wear and tear. I had tried to digitize them some years ago. My result had every fault you can imagine: skips, scratches, and just plain noise; a very bad result.
I found EverPresent on-line and decided to give them a shot. While the process took longer than I hoped, the result was truly amazing. While they claim the digitized files were of average quality, they are much better than expected: none of the noise, scratches, skips, etc. They did an amazing job, though, as I said, it took longer than I hoped, but with results this good, the wait was worth it.
During the entire engagement, EverPresent kept me informed of what was happening, their evaluation of the input (four records in not good condition), and expected output (mp3 & wav files and CDs).
While they are not inexpensive, the results were worth the cost in both time and money. I strongly recommend them for their care and attention to providing the customer, me, with the best possible result.”
“My wife and I have had mini cassettes stashed away for 18 years. I ran across them, and thought this would be the best Christmas gift. I researched high, and low for a company to do this tedious job.I chose Everpresent, and boy did I make the right choice.
Everpresent went through the 9 cassettes, and gave me a thumbnail dive with 7 hours of lost memories. My wife spent hours, both laughing, and crying.it really was the best present I’ve given my wife.
I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. I’m sure there a lot of people whom have various forms media with memories. Please gather them, and get busy doing the right thing. The best part is I didn’t even have to mail the cassettes. They were picked up, and driven to Maryland. Then driven back, with all the cassettes, and my thumbnail drive.
Thanks again EVERPRESENT,
Pete Hayes”
“I am very happy and recommend Everpresent to save your memories for your family. VHS and even camcorder film were transferred to a USB for my family to watch our precious moments. Very reasonable and helpful with questions and concerns. Turn around time was within 3 weeks for me. Bey appreciative to the team at Everpresent!!”
“I have had two projects done at Everpresent and both came out great! One was 8mm film from over 60 years ago and I was so happy with the results. The second project was camcorder tapes over 20 years old. It’s so nice to have all these memories readily available to watch on the computer or the TV. I highly recommend Everpresent for any of your digital transfer needs. They are a great team to work with, very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Do it today, you won’t be disappointed!”
“Very professional service. My reels that are over 50 years old were handled with care. The staff answered all of my questions and the transfer was done in a timely manner. The quality is amazing! Thank you for encapsulating a family treasure.”
“Absolutely impressed with your quality of work ! My brothers and I couldn’t be happier with the results of what our grandparents did with the 16 mm movies from the fifties and your expertise to make our childhood experiences a reality to share with others generations. Much laughter and joy is the result. Plan on bringing more 16 mm movies to you in the future. Hats off to you and your crew . Outstanding job ! 👍”
“EverPresent did a fabulous job with my photos, slides and film! Some photos and film was from the 1950’s , they did a great job restoring all of them ! I plan on using EverPresent for the rest of my photos and old slides.”
“From start to finish the process was very easy. The team member I worked with stayed in touch throughout the process so I always knew where my film was. I would highly recommend the service, even dropping off at a local store near me was a piece of cake.”
“1st of all, your website explained the process very well. I also appreciated the frequent emails with status updates. And finally, I was amazed at the final product. I sent you 4 reels of 85+ year old 8 mm movie reels for digital transfer. I couldn't believe how clear it came out. Color was not washed out at all. It was beautiful.”
“I never thought my 8mm film reels could come out so clear!
The whole process was easy with each step.
Everything was ready when promised and my family was so happy!”
“I received updates constanty on progress of my journey! The expectation time for final delivery was far sooner than I expected. This company made my purchase an easy process. Super to review years of our life which otherwise my memory fails me on. Most videos are 40 yars old so age and exposure to environment has caused some problems when translated to CD'S. Still have more to change iover n future but have to gear expense to my budget, but you can't always put a cost on memories.”
