“I had three very old albums, one a double record, that were more than forty years old, and had been played quite often when new with the expected wear and tear. I had tried to digitize them some years ago. My result had every fault you can imagine: skips, scratches, and just plain noise; a very bad result.

While they claim the digitized files were of average quality, they are much better than expected: none of the noise, scratches, skips, etc. They did an amazing job, though, as I said, it took longer than I hoped, but with results this good, the wait was worth it.
