“I even begin to tell you the joy having my video of my father and my grandmother and my daughter as a child and my dog that's gone put on to a DVD and the quality to watch it and relive those memories is beyond a blessing to me thank you so much for such a wonderful job. “I came to Everpresent to have 2 casette tapes converted to cd's with breaks in the tracks so I could access a desired track quickly. The first cd's that were done did not have the requested track breaks and I was having trouble getting help to re-do the discs correctly. That was before I called yet again and Brady Richter answered the phone, fortunately for me. He patiently listened to my frustrating story and said he would look into it and get back to me. And he did, and very quickly. He had the discs done correctly and they are perfect! Brady made me feel comfortable from our first conversation and I could never thank him enough for his patience and respect, and his willingness to look into my situation and make it right. If the end product is evidence of the quality that Everpresent can produce, Brady Richter is an example of a great team member that every organization needs at it's core to be successful. Again, cannot thank him enough. David Haley”

“Extremely professional staff who fully understood the importance to us of the album contents that we wanted to organize and turn into a book that we could share with our family. The quality of the scans - including 3d items and large format - was excellent. Susan, our designer, did a beautiful job with the layout of pages and created an amazing cover. “We engaged Everpresent to create a video from picutres for our daughter's 30th birthday. Anna and Ariel were responsive, walked us through the process, and created an extraordinary product. We supplied the piictures and thier organization. The video has music (we selected) and a few speaking videos (that we supplied). Everpresent put it all together. The result was much better than we initially imagined, in large part due to the efforts of Everpresent. I would recommend their services for anyone desiring to cereate a similar product.”

“My expectations were pretty high and yet they were exceeded. I have shared many of the films I had digitized and have greatly enhanced my family history. “I'm very happy with the service and results I received from Everpresent. I spent years looking at several trays of slides considering low end slide scanners that promised digital images of "adequate quality to be displayed on a computer screen". I'm so happy that for roughly the same cost I received professionally prepared and scanned images. I also appreciated the regular communication with updates starting when Everpresent received my order though delivery. A top notch service beginning to end. Thanks!”
