Anyway, it is incredible that my old and much loved music cassettes - one of a friend's old, now-defunct band, the other of a freebie mix handed out by a now-defunct music store - were mined and put on cd's and are as fresh as when the cassettes were first manufacured. I am totally happy with the service and even the price!”
“Like many or most other people I have a collection of old photos at home. Some of my photos date back to nearly 100 years.
I've recently come to realize the importance of digitizing my collection as a backup. If a photo is lost or degrades over time, there's no to go back in time to retake it. Additionally, a digital photo library is more convenient and portable than boxes or albums full of photos.
I've sent Everpresent two batches of photos earlier this year, am quite pleased with the results, and plan to continue working with Everpresent as I proceed with this project over the next few years.”
