“My expectations were pretty high and yet they were exceeded. I have shared many of the films I had digitized and have greatly enhanced my family history. Being a history teacher, I have been able to use many of the clips in class. I am very happy with EverPresent. I would highly recommend them to digitize other families films.”

“I'm very happy with the service and results I received from Everpresent. I spent years looking at several trays of slides considering low end slide scanners that promised digital images of "adequate quality to be displayed on a computer screen". I'm so happy that for roughly the same cost I received professionally prepared and scanned images. I also appreciated the regular communication with updates starting when Everpresent received my order though delivery. A top notch service beginning to end. Thanks!”

“I found my old wedding video and a video from when my son was born. It was in VHS form. I sent them to Everpresent and they put them on a thumb drive and digitalized them for me. What a great job. So many memories came to life again.”

“Quality was excellent. Service and progress information provided was also excellent. Would highly recommend this to anybody. Two month accessibility to the videos is also an excellent feature. One teeny, tiny mistake was a finger check on a date. What should have been 1996 was written as 1006. It was easily corrected by renaming the file. That’s it, great job! I’m highly satisfied and will definitely use you for my next project, if I ever decide to do one. Thank you, Bob.”

“I had 22 year-old CT Scans on the original large film sheets. In order for them to be examined, i needed to have them digitized. Your team was able to do this and the end-products allowed the radiologists to review my records and make some health determinations. The end result was invaluable to me. Kudos”

“My experience with Everpresent was excellent! I found Everpresent searching online for a service that could reliably convert my old film reels — some of them over 70 years old! I had some concerns about sending them in, worried that they might get lost or damaged, or the quality of the reproduction would be poor. I took the plunge, (after being assured by the customer service rep) and it all worked out well! I worked with a customer service rep named Caris who did an excellent job informing me upfront and keeping me posted on the progress of my order. Bottom line is that Everpresent delivered ahead of schedule and the quality of the digitized movies was outstanding. My reels were promptly returned in the same condition and the price was fair and as expected. I will definitely use Everpresent again. My only issue with the service was that it was not easy to reconnect with your service rep directly by phone as you need to call into a central switchboard and be transferred. This takes time and can be a little frustrating as she was frequently on another line. I ultimately found that the most effective way to communicate was via email and this ended up being fine and efficient once I made up my mind to proceed with the project.”

“I am so happy I found EVERPRESENT when I decided to have videos I have had for over 20 years on VHS tapes converted to DVD and digital! The care and precision EVERPRESENT takes in the conversion is truly amazing and even heartwarming. They keep me informed through every step of the process. The final result is so perfect! “I asked EverPresent to scan several 4x5 black and white negatives taken by by recently deceased daughter. I asked for high resolution which I didn’t really need to make prints but the extra cost was negligible so I decided it was worth it. Turnaround time was quick and the download process was easy. EverPresent provided finished files (not negatives) which made spotting and scratch removal easy.”
