“I am a repeat customer. Almost a year ago I completed a fully edited videography from 8mm movie films
digitized by Everpresent. The films were taken by my father around the 1940s and were in varying condition. On another note, I was charged for a cleaning process and had not been notified of the additional expense. I brought this up when I saw the final payment and EverPresent split the additional cost with me, which I appreciated.
