“Brought several autio tape reels of me playing piano and organ in 1965. The customer service at delivery (and again at pickup three weeks later) was exceptional. Everything was explained including options for the final digital product and website option. The pricing was reasonable. I told them I didn't know what, if anything, was on the reels, and they assured me there would be no charge if they were blank. The final files were very good given how old the tapes were. I received several followup emails that were helpful.”
“Folks had great consideration to reimburse my shipping when I could not print out their label, and did not charge the full price expected when most of a tape turned out to be empty! Great work.”
“Amazing results converting over 4200 slides to digital. And a pleasent experience working with them to understand my needs. For so many slides the turn around time was a nice surprise too.”
“The quality of the videos are great. I don't really like the added music and title. I wasn't planning on sharing, but if I were I wouldn't have been able to share everything. The VHS video was the only thing on the app. The film videos were not added on to the app. I highly recommend getting the USB drive. The project was done quickly and thoroughly. If I come across more film, I will use Everpresent again.”
“Conversion of two 40-year-old VHS tapes to digital format by Everpresent was immaculate. Both the images and sound were perfect. I am just surprised that my VHS tapes survived for so many years. Nice memories brought back.
Thank you Everpresent!
John Hamawi, a very satifies customer.”
“I had some old (about 50 year old) super 8 reals converted and put on a thumb drive. I am sooooo impressed with EverPresent! They finished the job ahead of the expected scheduled time and everything was beautifully done and professional finished. I recieved my old reels back in wonderfully packaged form.
And, when I had questions, a real person came online and helped me.
This has truly been one of the best professional experiences that I have ever encountered. I just can't even say enough good stuff. Wonderful! If I could give 10-stars, I would.”
“Picked up my CD in Darien and it sounds great! I feel much better knowing that I don’t have to keep playing the tape I converted into a CD which would have broken on me eventually.”
“They took good care of the old precious videos of the first 20 years of my daughter’s life.
The quality isn’t great because they were old and somewhat degraded but it’s a pleasure watching them.”
“Everpresent did a wonderful job of transferring my 25 year old VHS tape into DVD form so that we may enjoy our memories for many years to come. The company kept us updated on the timeframe. It was a seamless transaction.”
“It was a very pleasant experience dealing with EverPresent. From the drop off, there is constant communication letting you know where your project is, and what is taking place. This does reassure you that your project is moving through their process and is being cared for.
My project involved trnsferring a VHS 8 track video file to an mp4 video file. Delivery was ahead of date promised. All in all, it was a good experience and I would definitely use EverPresent again and recommend them. My next project may involve tranferring 35mm slides to jpegs.”
“Every step in the process was professional and easy. Everything was clearly explained. The videos have been excellent and the whole family is enjoying coast to coast.”
