“I sent in 20 DVDs to be converted to thumb drive and cloud. Everpresent kept be informed every step of the way of their process so I was aware as to how everything coming along. They spent an extra long time on Q&A which I appreciated. The end product was fantastic. Not only can I have family acces from the cloud and save, I have all memories on thumb drive as well. Superior work.”

“Everpresent processed about 2500 slides to digital. Each slide was in the proper order and returned to it’s carousel in the original position. Each slide was labeled to represent the appropriate carousel making it easily identifiable for final identification and labeling. All-in-all I am very pleased with the results of their work.”

“The old VHS tape wasn't a great family heirloom...just footage from a beach house vacation with friends from 33 years ago. Still, I wanted it to be handled with care and given every chance to be salvaged. Everpresent did a great job, and I really appreciated the personal phone consultation and follow-up emails through each step of the process. Watching the resulting DVD with the same friends was so much fun - reliving the memories from our younger days!”

“I used Everpresent to digitize our 8mm home movies with sound. Not all companies can complete the job with sound. My customer service representative, Tia, was awesome. She was helpful in providing information over the phone and email. I was able to drop the film at a local store for pick up eliminating the stress and anxiety of sending through the mail. Upon completion, I was able to pick up the original film and thumb drives. Apparently, the process of digitizing 8mm film with sound is more complicated than I realized. The speed of the film was off. I reached out to Tia via email and she immediately called. They were able to edit and resend new thumb drives and my cherished memories were once again brought to life. They also provide a website link so you can download and share with family and friends. I am grateful for the professional, friendly customer service and a fantastic finished product.”

“Happily all my questions are now resolved and I'm now preparing my 2nd batch of older 126 films to be digitized. The 1st batch, despite being from the 1970's turned out really well. A special memory for my children. Thank you for your good work.”

“Would definitely recommend Everpresent for anyone’s future projects. From pick up to drop off at my designated location it all went smooth. Files were all labeled with title on usb according to how it was on tapes. Extremely happy with my project. I was kept up to date on status and updates via email. My usb was packed in a small box which I can store. Will definitely go to them for future projects.”

“Good service process, a lot more to it than just "transferring one media to another" within the operation. They keep you notified each time it moves from one process within the operation to another, maybe too much, but some people like that. I have and am still using them for my projects.”
