“We had a rather large order, 9 old 8-mm home movies and 17 VHS tapes, totaling over 25 hours of video. It was quite simple getting the materials to EverPresent, no need to ship, they have drop-off and pick-up locations and one of them was a shop just around the corner from where I live, very convenient. The process took a while--as expected, not a problem--and the company sent regular email progress reports. The price seemed quite reasonable for this volume of work and the end results were excellent, we now have digital versions of all the old home movies. The quality matches the quality of the originals, not much if anything was lost in the process of digitizing. The company gave me the digital versions on a flash drive and they are also available for six months on a web archive, so everyone in the family has been able to view them. A very valuable service performed very well and they did exactly what they promised to do. Completely satisfied customer.”

“Dropping off my Grandfathers old 8mm movie reels with people I don't know was a bit stressful. I am so glad I picked Everpresent. Professional, excellent quality, easy to work with. I'll be bringing more videos to them to digitize. Awesome work.”

“I wanted to have VHS tapes digitized in time for my daughter's birthday. Everpresent predicted it would take 3 weeks, and did the job right on time. They were easy to interact with and answered questions whenever I asked for guidance. It all turned out very well.”

“I am very happy with the results of transferring family slides to digital display. The customer service was very professional. The ease of use with local pickup with the affordability and quality of product received made this consumer very satisfied. I purchased extra USB’s as Christmas presents. I would use this company again. They clean the slides which is not done by most other companies, that is why I originally chose them.”
