“I am very happy that I found Everpresent. We had many VHS-C tapes that were 25+ years old and we tried to play them through our very old camcorder with no luck. The audio and video playback was terrible. We also noticed that some of the tapes had mold on them. I sent them to Everpresent hopeful that they could retrieve some of our precious memories...and they did!!! They did a fantastic job.
